This beautifully updated convenient first floor condo is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a fun-filled family vacation close to Historic Downtown Fernandina. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom remodeled condo is a quick 2-minute walk straight to the beach. Amenities include a shared pool, playground, picnic area, grilling station, and tennis/pickleball courts. Relax on the private balcony with a pleasant view of oak trees and wildlife, enjoy the beach or explore all the shops, restaurants, and bars of downtown Fernandina Beach. Master bedroom includes a queen bed and ensuite. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and twin (upper bunk has maximum weigh limit of 150lbs). The sofa converts to a queen size gel foam bed. There are streaming TV's in all rooms. We are pet-friendly for dogs 40 pounds or less with a fee.

Everything was as advertised. It was a great property and very well maintained. All features were in working order and the property was well-prepared for our arrival. Host is very responsive (less than 5 minute response to my message).

Wonderful condo easy walk to the beach!

My family loved this cute, updated condo. It has clean and comfortable amenities, and it's such an easy walk to beach access 24. My family has been coming to Amelia for years, and this is one of our favorite locations. Plus, it's pet-friendly! We would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful property.Great layout, attractively and comfortably furnished. One of the best places we've stayed. Friendly neighbors and close to the beach. Would definately return.

Cute, clean and comfortable

This is a very lovely condo. It has all the comforts of a home really…comfortable bed, living area and kitchen open with lots of natural light. It is Close to the beach and not far from downtown Amelia Island. Would definitely recommend.

This unit is exactly what the listing shows & met our expectations well! One of the best parts of this unit is its location- it’s not in the middle of all the crowds but close enough to everything. We normally stay oceanfront so I was concerned about distance to the beach. This unit is in THE PERFECT location! The walk is direct & short! The beach was not crowded- busy, but not crowded- in this part (which is a big deal for me).Suggestions we have are to be explicit on parking- it took us a bit to figure out where our spot was because it’s not located in the main parking lot (which is where GPS leads). We also weren’t clear on trash/recycling & where that went.We would stay here again for sure! Highly recommend this unit! You won’t regret it!
