Cute Condo- great location

Had a great stay at this condo- so much better than a hotel room!! Love the kitchenette. The pool area was beautiful and can beat the location!!

Two stars only for the access to beach and walking distance to town. The unit was very dirty upon arrival. The floors left the bottoms of our feet brown. I noticed the top of the fridge covered in dust almost immediately. The light fixtures and ceiling fan blades were no different. This made us unsure of the degree of cleaning prior to our arrival. The bed not only had a garish floral blanket, which was not advertised online, but the mattress had a significant dent on the right side which was inconvenient and precarious to sleep on. Overall, our accommodations were the most disappointing outcome for a lovely beach vacation. This was not a cheap unit to book so to encounter such a filthy unit was extremely disappointing.

Perfect for a couple!

We loved staying here! It’s in such a great location- we were able to walk to both Alys and Rosemary beach. The beach is also just a short walk away. The space itself was super cute and all you need for a beach getaway. I have a couple of complaints- the mattress needs to be replaced. There was a huge gap in the mattress I sank into where I could feel the springs. The mattress topper also had some blood stains on it which is gross, and the sheets had sand in them. There is no dishwasher which is totally fine, but we had no brush or sponge to wash them with (which made the cleanliness questionable). Other than that I can’t recommend this place enough!

Nice get away

The unit was clean and was in a great location. Our wi-fi never worked so we had to go to a coffee shop to get access. We didn't have internet or TV. We stayed 7 days and we really needed fresh towels. This was not provided so we have to go to laundry service to wash linens. Everything else was fine. The pool was refreshing after we got back from the beach.

No WI-FI No TV

It appears this property continues to advertise WI-FI but does NOT have it. Four towels for a week stay. Uncomfortable bed. “Shabby” outdoor furniture. Property manage is NO help. I’ve never left a negative review but reading back with all the ones having NO WI-FI is disappointing and disturbing and be ware there is NO way of speaking to someone associated with property.

Property sheet in the residency is outdated with previous property management information. Internet was not working since day 1 and not resolved in 4 days.

Perfect for a quick trip!

Overall, this was the ideal stay for our short two night stay. The host was able to give us early access into the condo which we were thrilled about because we wanted to hurry to the beach. Sadly, we noticed that there was only one beach access wristband in the condo. The property manager was able to get us a second one on the same day but it delayed our time on getting to the beach. Lastly, we weren’t planning on being in the place much but it sadly stormed our entire second day. Which lead us to wanting to watch TV. The TV would not connect to the wifi which meant we couldn’t watch anything on there. The out door patio was a mess and unable to be used but over all it provide us just what we needed for our short visit.
