Welcome to Lola’s Carriage House— a picture-perfect pied-å-terre with a distinctly elegant Rosemary Beach design. The facade of Lola’s Carriage House exudes classic beach house vibes— with tropical Bahamian shutters and a cobblestone driveway. Inside, the cozy, well-designed loft provides tons of storage and comfort in a relatively small space. Best of all, you’ll be conveniently located only a short stroll from the beach, the sparkling Coquina Pool, and charming downtown Rosemary.

The main living and dining area is wide open, and the neutral, sandy-toned walls are framed with lots of bright, sunny windows. Custom Bahamian shutters allow for some shade and privacy. In the living area, a plush cream-colored sofa is piled high with colorful throw pillows and pulls out to reveal a comfy sofa bed. A striped side chair and a leather club chair provide additional seating. The built-in entertainment center houses a flatscreen television and also creates a privacy barrier between the living and sleeping spaces.

The kitchenette is small but completely capable, with tons of thoughtful storage provided. The kitchenette features a mini-refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a small sink, and a coffee maker. The circular dining table has seating for four people and is a great spot to sip your morning coffee while reading the newspaper. Or perhaps you’ll want to take your mug outside to the private sun-dappled balcony that overlooks the neighborhood.

Around the corner is the sleeping space, complete with a new luxe king-size bed and built-in storage that adds some privacy from the living area, but doesn’t completely close it off. The full bathroom has a step-in shower with a glass door— ideal for rinsing off sun-kissed skin after a day at the beach or pool.

Perched on the corner of a charming tree-lined street, this positively adorable apartment home has a premier Rosemary Beach location. Guests of Lola’s Carriage House will be a few short steps from the gorgeous Eastern Green and beach walkover. If you’re in the mood to practice your backstroke, head one block east to the simply stunning Coquina Pool. And when you want to head out for drinks or a delicious dinner, Main Street is a short walk west. Perfect for couples or small families, you’ll quickly fall in love with Lola’s Carriage House.

Lola’s carriage house was very clean & easy to check in/out of. We would definitely stay there again. The location is ideal being able to walk to the beach, bikes & to restaurants/shops.

We had never stayed in Rosemary Beach, and fell in love with the convenience of it. When you arrive you can walk or bike anywhere (beach, restaurant, pool, etc). This location was excellent--2 beach accesses and a pool each within a couple minutes walk. We will definitely be back!

Lola's was a perfect stay for 2 people. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The location made our stay easy. A block to the pool and beach and just a short walk into town. The host was communicative through text and check in and out was stress free. Take note that the refrigerator doesn't have a freezer or a stove top. Overall it's a wonderful place.

This property is close to the beach. There is no freezer in the kitchen and the bathroom is very tight. There is little bedding, no blankets so make sure and bring blankets and extra bedding. The sofa is less than desirable and needs to be replaced. All in all, for staying close to the beach it is fine to park your bikes and sleep, but the living area is in need of new furniture for sure.

The shower pressure/temperature was great. Plenty of space for the two of us celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to all of the shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, didn’t have trouble with parking. TV had all of the streaming apps you could need. Hair dryer worked great. Would stay here again!!

Overall we had a wonderful stay at the Lola cottage. Literally steps away from the beach and the heart of all the Rosemary shopping. Management was responsive, the only downside was when I reported sand on the sheets of the pullout couch, there was never follow through with getting us clean linens. Other than that I would highly recommend the Lola cottage.

Property was very nice & clean. We went to dinner at times and ate at the cottage, we do wish there was more cooking utensils, such as pans for oven, measuring cups, etc and a freezer. Overall we had a great stay and was a perfect getaway for 2!

Short stay

Lola’s carriage was perfect for our 3night stay. Close to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants, which did not disappoint. Would recommend chairs on the balcony.

Adorable Little Flat in an Excellent Location

Lola's is very cute and compact! Perfect for a weekend getaway. Be warned the very small kitchen is more for heating something up and storing beverages, etc. Great location!
