Inside, the cozy, well-designed loft provides tons of storage and comfort in a relatively small space. Best of all, you’ll be conveniently located only a short stroll from the beach, the sparkling Coquina Pool, and charming downtown Rosemary.

The main living and dining area is wide open, and the neutral, sandy-toned walls are framed with lots of bright, sunny windows. Custom Bahamian shutters allow for some shade and privacy. In the living area, a plush cream-colored sofa is piled high with colorful throw pillows and pulls out to reveal a comfy sofa bed. A striped side chair and a leather club chair provide additional seating. The built-in entertainment center houses a flatscreen television and also creates a privacy barrier between the living and sleeping spaces.

The kitchenette is small but completely capable, with tons of thoughtful storage provided. The kitchenette features a mini-refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a small sink, and a coffee maker. The circular dining table has seating for four people and is a great spot to sip your morning coffee while reading the newspaper. Or perhaps you’ll want to take your mug outside to the private sun-dappled balcony that overlooks the neighborhood.

Around the corner is the sleeping space, complete with a new luxe king-size bed and built-in storage that adds some privacy from the living area, but doesn’t completely close it off. The full bathroom has a step-in shower with a glass door— ideal for rinsing off sun-kissed skin after a day at the beach or pool.
