Summary:

Welcome to our lovely townhouse in Vista Cay, THIS PROPERTY WAS FULLY RENOVATED JUST FINISHED ON APRIL 10TH 2025, without a doubt the best location in all Orlando!

Sleeping 10 comfortably. 3.5 bathrooms makes this a great space to share with colleagues or friends. It's hard to find luxury of this caliber at these prices. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible.



The Space:

The living area is light and bright with hardwood flooring throughout. The open plan living floor has a comfy seating area, 75" smart TV and flows seamlessly into the well equipped kitchen, so the cook can chat with guests at a comfortable dining area for 12. while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal

BED & BATH

There are 3 bedrooms, all with TVs, ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms plus a œ bath on the living floor. On the top floor you will find the principle King bedroom with super comfy mattress and top quality linens. Also a 2 double Bed guest room with en-suite bathroom. On the 1st floor is 3rd bedroom with 2 Double bed and en-suite shower room. The townhouse also has a small garage (too small for most vehicles) and you will find full size laundry machines here, so you can pack light and take advantage of the world class outlet malls just a few minutes away



The Neighborhood:

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, walking distance to the Orlando Convention Center and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Just 10 minutes to world class shopping at Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. Fast food to 5-star dining is also within minutes on International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Melo's Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

We loved our stay. It was perfect for our family coming together. We had the right amount of space and easy access to great restaurants and Universal, which the kids loved. Our host was awesome and super attentive! We look forward to a return visit.

My family and I recently stayed at this beautiful 3 bedroom condo, literally minutes away from OCCC. Host was very friendly and quickly responded to our questions. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Great convention accommodation

We attended a convention in Orlando and this condo was the perfect place to stay. The location was great and so much better than begin stuck in a hotel room. Condo was clean and well appointed, our host Alex responded to any inquiries I had. Highly recommend the Epic!

The good: it is a nicely done rental, had big TVs, and comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the location being close to everything we needed to do. The bad (and the reason this is not getting 5 stars): The messages we received through conversations were very generic/autogenerated. I asked the same question twice - which, First, never got a response. Asked again and got a “hi yes thank you”. The first morning we woke up to the downstairs bathroom flooded due to a pipe not being tightened under the sink. I brought this concern up in a message and never got a response. We ended up just turning off the water downstairs to fix the problem and cleaned up all the water. I asked about the thermostat since it was locked and we never got a response for that either. There were ants all over the kitchen counter, and the upstairs windows were left open. The kitchen window does not stay open and had no screen. The media boxes connected to the tvs remotes don’t work properly. The bathroom on the kitchen level was constantly running so we turned that off as well to make sure it didn’t overflow.

The location (Universal Parks area) is excellent, as are the property's accommodations. However, there are things that are essential to achieve a 5-star rating... Unfortunately, the master bathroom shower was clogged, turning it into a pool in seconds, and the toilet bowl was broken, making it unusable because it was sharp and could cause an accident. It was inconvenient to have to use the bathroom in the other room, especially considering the high daily rate charged. Regards, Silvia Barbosa

Host was late to get welcome info such as codes and keys to us. Other than that, reasonably responsive and always offering help. The house looked great but had some small flaws; no cold water in the down stairs room (it leaked a ton when turned on), some outlets didn’t work, the lights in the kitchen/dining area made it feel like Vegas, exposed wire in the cabinets and a cracked toilet seat. Now that’s being very very picky. Overall it was a great place. Roomy, INCREDIBLE showers, close to everything and clean. With a couple touch ups it’s an easy 5 star place.
