Pros:Quiet neighborhoodConvenient location: close to MCO airport, Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and moreClear check-in instructionsCons:The wall outlet near the dining table was loose and mostly didnât work.Water was dripping from the ceiling in the master bedroom, and mold was visible in the corner.There was an ironing board but no iron.Only a very small amount of laundry detergent was provided, which was used up on the first day. I requested more, but it was never supplied.For 24 hours, there was ongoing repair work on the stairway directly in front of the house. This forced us to use the far stairway, which was especially difficult for my elderly parents (80 and 90 years old).On our second day, we returned to find the house extremely hotâ80F inside. The A/C wasnât working, and despite following the hostâs instructions, it could not be fixed until the thermostat was replaced the following day. We had to endure 84F overnight.The door lock was a major issue. One morning, on our way to Disney World, it kept unlocking itself no matter how many times I tried, taking more than 20 minutes to finally secure. On check-out day, the lock stopped responding completelyâwe simply couldnât lock it. After wasting another 20 minutes, the host told me to just leave it unlocked. Because of this delay, we missed our flight and had to rebook.Overall:This house turned our trip into a nightmare and ruined what should have been a special family vacation.
