Clean, modern, nostalgic home. Accommodations are excellent. Very convenient to city center (walking distance) looking for more excuses to stay again and take in this historic town.

Such a beautifully done home! We loved staying here and visiting with our daughter. The house felt comfy and peaceful. We explored the shops nearby and were blown away by the friendliness of everyone we encountered. We cooked a few meals and the house had everything we needed and then some. Overall a wonderful experience. Will definitely stay here again.

Super clean & convenient location for this truly charming remodel in Hico! Comfy beds. Thoughtful kitchen coffee bar including teas, hot cocoa & different coffees. We packed light & took advantage of the handy washer/dryer. Very responsive & helpful host. Can’t wait to come back!!!!

The house was very cool. My kids and I had a great time enjoying the older model home and the history it had in it! The home was very comfortable and the hosts really thought of everything you might need or questions you might ask.

Host was welcoming, location was good-within walking distance of city park, restaurants, downtown shops. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Liked the retentionof early 1900's atmosphere with modern conveniences. Only downsides were the front door antique hardware did not work very well at all, and the shower water pressure seemed low.
