Make memories at this pet friendly, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite on Little Squam Lake. Enjoy the 585 feet of lake frontage with beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, fire pits, BBQ grills, a swing set and a swim raft. A perfect place for your family to enjoy Squam Lake!

This 2 bedroom suite shares the 2.3 acres and 585 feet of lake frontage with other cabins and suites on the property. It has a small kitchen, narrow living room and a great porch overlooking the lake. Each of the bedrooms has a queen sized bed and its own full bathroom. In 2024, this suite got new appliances, paint, furniture, recessed lights and high speed wifi.

Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be emailed to the guest 24 hours prior to check-in.

Smoking is not permitted on the property.

Your well behaved furry family members are welcome to join you on your vacation to The Boulders at Squam. We do require that pets be on a leash at all times when outside and that they are not allowed on the beach.

Before leaving, guests are asked to wash dishes and dispose of trash in the dumpster that is located in the parking lot.

Guests have access to all rooms within the suite. It is encouraged for guests to explore the property both on land and on the water. Use of The Boulders' kayaks and canoes are free during daylight hours, but please do not forget to use one of our life jackets while on the water!

Please do not go under any buildings, in basements or in the garage.

Guests should communicate with the host via the app.

Guests must be 25 years of age to place reservation.

Our septic systems are fragile so PLEASE do not flush anything that is not toilet paper, even if it says flushable.
