Pool coming soon!! This stunning oceanfront home offers 6 spacious suites (each with a private bath), plus a convenient half bath for beachgoers. The main floor queen suite is wheelchair-friendly, with grab bars, custom cabinetry, and a roll-in shower. Enjoy two large family rooms with TVs and games, perfect for relaxing after a beach day. Cook in the oversized, well-stocked chef’s kitchen, or dine together with breathtaking Atlantic views. Outdoor perks include two showers, cornhole, ping pong, BBQ grill, and direct beach access via a railed boardwalk. Whether you're lounging on the sun deck, enjoying games with loved ones, or sipping coffee as the sun rises, this home is designed for unforgettable family moments. Gated access ensures privacy and peace of mindGuests have access to the entire home, including all six bedrooms, multiple living areas, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, two outdoor showers, patio, balconies, and private beach walkway.

The home is located in a gated community—gate code and check-in details will be shared prior to your arrival. Free on-site parking for multiple vehicles is available.
No pets, smoking/vaping, parties, or events allowed.

Max occupancy is 15 guests—additional guests require pre-approval and may incur extra fees. Located in a gated West End community with a quiet, private beach atmosphere. Please treat the home with care and follow all checkout requests including wiping down kitchen surfaces and emptying the fridge. Hosts are happy to answer any questions prior to booking!

House Rules:
Parking reserved for registered guests only; No event/parties; No Pets; No Smoking/Vaping onsite

Outside lights off by 11:00 pm as we are a turtle friendly community
Absolutely no outdoor "fry's". Seafood boils with water are acceptable. No grease frying. Outdoor gas grill is provided for outdoor cooking and we offer one courtesy propane change out if needed. No onsite car washing and please do not move any furniture. Thank you for respecting our home! 99% of our renters are totally awesome (we have repeat renters to prove that) but there's just that small percentage that think rules do not apply and if you violate the rules you will be evicted.

This is a very nice property. The host was great at responding and fixing a couple minor mechanical issues and even treated our group to ice cream. My only complaint was the property was advertised as pool coming soon, when we booked in December and we were told it would be started in February. Due to contractor issues it was delayed and eventually not installed before our visit. I understand that things happen that are beyond the hosts control but when I asked if we would be compensated for not having a pool, I was told, good news, you booked before next year's price increase, which could be 2000 or more. I don't know what next year's price increase has to do with with my booking for this year. Other than not being properly compensated for the lack of a pool the property was very nice.

We’re glad you enjoyed the home—and the gift card to Beaches! We would like to clarify one important point regarding the pool and compensation. At the time you booked the property was advertised as “pool coming soon,” with no guaranteed completion date, and your reservation was booked at a rate that did not include the pool as an amenity. Unfortunately, contractor issues caused the pool project to be delayed beyond your stay. We were diligent in keeping you informed of pool progress and you had option to book another property if a pool was preferred. When you contacted us about your concerns upon arrival, we responded immediately and sent maintenance to the property to address the issues (ceiling fan not working and back door not locking, which turned out to be operator error.) We also provided a refund as a courtesy for the inconvenience associated with the maintenance concerns. In closing, our advertising was transparent regarding the pool, and we made every effort to be responsive and accommodating throughout your stay. We appreciate your positive comments about the property and hope this clarification provides future guests with a complete and accurate understanding of the circumstances.

This was a very nice, wheelchair accessible, ocean front beach house. If you have a wheelchair user in your family, you know accessibility means different things to different people. This home got it right. All areas of the main floor were wheelchair accessible for my daughter. She could use the cooktop, stove and microwave. She could load the dishwasher, use the bathrooms and watch TV, go in and out onto the deck with the provided ramp and access the beach. “Beach” a broad term, however. As in all places in NC, one cannot independently access the ocean. The homeowner can get you to the sand, which is more than I can say for most places. My daughter is 30 and was born with a disability. She has not been able to walk at all after age 7 without heavy use of her arms with a walker and cannot weight-bear after a major hip surgery at 18. She was so happy with the shower in her room that she took pictures of it so she can build one like it in the future. Not once during our week did she ask me to help her in the shower. She managed all activities as independently as she does in her own apartment (except laundry as it is upstairs). She cuddled with her niece's and enjoyed family time. We did manage to get her close to the water with some help but we had not rented a beach wheelchair. Beach wheelchairs are either too high to get into the water (but easy to transfer to from a wheelchair) or too low to independently get down and back up to one’s wheelchair. Beds were comfy.

Beautiful Beach House

This home is the perfect beach house. Plenty of room and seating for everyone. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking large meals. Great beach access and views.

This was an amazingly clean, well kept,updated home that we absolutely loved! The kitchen was stocked with anything you needed. We were also phoned a time or two that week to make sure we had all we needed and had no issues!! Fabulous week at Holden!!

Beyond expectations

Beautiful home. Nice blend of large gathering areas and private en suite bedrooms. Walkway to the oceanfront. New appliances and furnishings. We are already discussing a return trip.
