One half of this wonderful waterfront duplex is all yours for an unforgettable Florida Keys getaway! Along with scenic water views and direct access for kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding, you'll also enjoy membership privileges at the Cabana Club (across the street) featuring an oceanfront pool, a sandy beach area, and a snack bar. Public tennis courts and family facilities at First Street Park are just around the corner and the Par-3 Key Colony Golf Beach Course is less than a mile away.

Cheerful coastal decor fills the home's two-story interior, while everyday essentials like a full kitchen, free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer ensure carefree comfort and convenience throughout your stay. The kitchen and dining area are located on the first floor. There's also a screened patio overlooking the canal that is furnished for alfresco meals. Plush seating, a smart TV, and a large balcony set the stage for family gatherings upstairs. Outdoor seating options beside the canal provide a sunny spot where you can enjoy a cool beverage while watching for dolphins in the canal.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful Property and Location

My family of 4 had an amazing stay at this property. The property was very clean. The living room on the second floor was very spacious. The house is located across the street from the Cabana Club, which we love! Having 3 full bathrooms was extremely convenient. We would def stay here again. Thank you for hosting our amazing vacation.

Thoroughly Enjoyed Our Stay (a couple of "buts")

This place was in an ideal location, LOVE CABANA CLUB. We spent some time there every single day. (Our third time to KCB so we know how wonderful it is and appreciate it thoroughly.) Nice beds, AWFUL pillows. Ouch. You will want to buy some at Buells. Plentiful bath towels and enough beach towels (a 4-person group may want to bring some or buy some additional ones). Great for 2. And we had no working dishwasher the entire time we were there. And that dishwasher had been broken for a long time so that's very frustrating--the problem was obviously known but the owner has chosen not to order one (Vacasa had decent texting communication but basically said they could do nothing and it was the owner's fault nothing has been done about it's replacement.) That kind of stinks. Thankfully working washer and dryer. Place has some nice updates (showers especially). Tri-level wasn't an issue but those narrow stairs might be an issue for an elderly person. The frig vacuum locks so you have one opportunity to get your food before it "locks" and no one's getting anything out for a while. Otherwise, newer frig and stove. On canal, which is wonderful. Iguanas who live in the dock area are entertaining. The screened-in lanai is great. It doesn't look like anyone sits out on the little stone front yard. Kind of overgrown and unwelcoming. Overall, I would be glad to stay here again as long as we had a dishwasher!

Better than expected

The home was clean and spacious. The kitchen is better than mine. Full size washer and dryer. Beach umbrella and beach toys for kids. We cooked mahi mahi on the grill and at on the back screened in porch.

Great place, but


The place is great, but after a few days there, there was some kind of bug poop in one of the bathrooms. I contacted Vacasa and they texted back that they would contact the local maintenance team. That was on Tuesday and the maintenance guy didn’t show up until Thursday. He had the nerve to tell me it was “just termite poop”. That’s great
spent a pile of money, lost sleep because I thought I heard bugs in the wall (I’m still not convinced it was termite poop, it looked like pieces of pepper) and Vacasa pretty much told me sorry but nothing they could do to make the situation better.

Great dock and view

It was a really great place with nice dock in the back. No problem for a 20 ft boat. Big TVs in all the rooms. All the kitchen appliances worked and seem to be newer. Had all the basic pots and pans to make meals. The ac is was nice and cold. Beds are comfy and clean. Cleaning supplies where kind of sparse had to go and purchase many basics supplies halfway through my trip.
