The property was gorgeous, the view alone was worth the price. If you're afraid of spiders however be on guard. I understand completely when staying in the mountains it comes with the territory however I was greated by the largest spider I've ever seen up close and personal the morning of checkout in the tub. I appreciated the house and the space however having to put back the few books they have in alphabetical order seemed like a bit much. Overall amazing view and the hot tub was welcomed after a long hike.

We absolutely loved our stay here and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation! The cabin was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. The rooms were a great size, and the house was incredibly well-equipped and felt like a true home away from home.The mountain views were absolutely incredible, and having the river right out front made the setting even more special. Sitting in the hot tub and taking in the scenery was easily one of our favorite parts of the trip!The location was perfect. It’s only a little over an hour from the airport, and there are so many amazing hikes and outdoor adventures that you can actually walk to right from the cabin. The town itself was wonderful, and our kids especially loved having the playground at the school nearby.We visited in September and the weather couldn’t have been better — sunny every day, with lows around 50 and highs around 75. It was the perfect weather for hiking, exploring, and enjoying the mountains.The host was also amazing — communication was excellent, and they were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure their guests have a great experience.This truly felt like a dream vacation, and we would absolutely love to come back again. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful mountain getaway, especially families. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

This is a great location, awesome cabin. Overlooking the Skykomish River and surrounded by impossibly steep snowy mountains. Definitely a place we'd like to return toOnly downside was that the hot tub was ice cold when we arrived and not set up properly. A little disappointing after a long day in the snow to realize that hot tub you were looking forward to is freezing as you are. We got it going eventually though and had a nice soak the next afternoon while gazing at the snowy peaks

Spectacularly Serene - We Didn't Want to Leave.This cabin has a rare ability to slow life down the moment you arrive. The river, the mountains, the quiet, everything feels balanced and restorative.The space is bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The details feel intentional, comfortable, and easy. Evenings by the fire and time unequivocally invested in self/family were unforgettable.Our boys loved it, and so did we; so much that we briefly found ourselves imagining what it would be like to stay for good. That says everything.We left relaxed, grateful, and already wanting to return. An exceptional place to truly unplug.

The home was very clean and well maintained. The modern updates and furniture made it feel cozy and clean. The views from the home were stunning! We were there during a very rainy fall weekend and the fall colors and scenery were incredible. The Espresso Chalet is about a mile away and easy coffee run.The easy turn on fireplace was so nice to have and added ambience.Beds were super comfortable. Outstanding stay for my mom and I during a family wedding weekend.

Peaceful getaway

We were looking to find a spot outside of the city to relax, hike and enjoy the outdoors. Index was absolutely perfect Multiple hikes within walking distance of the home. House was perfect for a basecamp for our family of four. Exploring the area during the day and then relaxing un the hot tub with a fire was just the break we needed.

Lovely small town with a local “beach” right on a gorgeous river. The rental was directly across from the river and it was lovely to just sit on the front porch and hear the rush of the water. A short drive up the pass to Deception Falls (easy easy hike for any fitness level) and just 30 minutes to Stevens Pass. We would definitely return.

Hiking trip

Very nicely decorated, cabin has everything needed for couple or family. Hot tube was great after long day of hiking. Latest in electronic. Would definitely stay here again.
