Welcome to Downtown St. John's! We're excited to welcome you to our fully renovated townhome, thoughtfully created for one to six guests with 2 queen beds and one double. This home is located in the centre of everything you'll love about St. John's - Signal Hill, Quidi Vidi, and of course the food and beverage downtown. Street parking is free. You'll enjoy stylish, cozy furnishings adequate for six, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright outdoor space!
We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by phone/text (9:30pm-10:30am urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel as well as replying to the welcome messages you received upon confirmation.

You are located only 1 minute walk away from a great café, The Battery Café. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee while overlooking St. John's Harbour.
The famous Signal Hill is an 18 minute walk(all up hill) or a short 3 minute drive, where you can spend an afternoon having a picnic, taking in the views, go on a hike around Signal Hill, and learn about the history of the city! If you are looking to have a nice cold one, walk 5 minutes down Duckworth Street and you will arrive at Bannerman Brewery! With a great atmosphere, friendly people, a great patio, you will not be disappointed with Bannerman Brewery!

Very modern and impeccably clean! Nice and bright throughout. Very convenient location to downtown restaurants and bars. Great coffee shop across the road… close to Signal Hill and always parking spot’s available! I would definitely stay here again if ever back to St.John’s.

We come to St. John's a couple of times a year, and, after staying at SHE, this will be our first choice for future trips. The house is so comfortable, clean, and cozy. We immediately felt at home. The location is perfect for hiking Signal Hill, walking The Battery, or trotting downtown for shopping and restaurants. The house also comes with a parking pass which was super convenient. We couldn't be happier with our stay at this amazing property!

Very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The only flaws were the unmarked almost invisible slight steps up from the front porch to the living room, from the dining room to the kitchen, and from the upstairs hall to the bathroom, which are a tripping hazard.

I can’t say enough good about this place. Our stay was perfect. Beautifully decorated. Super accommodating with all amenities. I highly recommend and I’ll stay here again. Location was perfect !! Very clean, looked newly renovated. Nice washer and dryer and nice little back yard as well. Had everything we needed to cook. Lots of towels. Beds were very comfortable also. I give them a 10 stars !!!
