This is one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. This place was perfect for our family of five visiting the cape for a long weekend. The hosts have thought of everything and were very easy to communicate with. I hope to return someday!

The house was great for my family! Great location. The house was clean and very well equipped. Saw bunnies, chipmunks, turkeys, and several birds each morning. In a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to a delicious ice cream shop. Would definitely recommend!

The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful . We enjoyed sitting outdoors in the furnished garden and enjoyed the good vibes.You need to bring water shoes with you if you are planning to spend time on the beach.

This is a lovely home and accommodated my wife and I along with my brother and his wife and our two adult children perfectly. We enjoyed “game night” and a movie night in the living room, took advantage of the amazing number of seating spots on the deck, backyard patios, gazebo and fire pit area and found everything to be immaculate and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay here! Location is great for town neck beach and surrounding restaurants. House was a great space for our family and Mark was easily reachable if necessary. Recommend staying here!

Perfect Family House

My family and I had an amazing stay at Mark’s property. The location was perfect for our weekend plans and the neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. The house itself looked recently renovated and was incredibly cute as well as immaculately clean. It was spacious and welcoming as well. We can’t wait to stay again!

Hi Lisa, I’m sorry about the water problem. we fixed the shower-head . we did now that was covered narrowing .I asked my cleaning about the shower , she was just opened the force . She forgot to open the shower. We have half screaming in the corner it rooms.was in the corner under the windows. The AC. They see turned the power down because it was used that ironing plug isn’t the same from the AC in plug was in the corner of the twins bunk beds . The suited box for the power back . This message take to long for we seeing . We have phone numbers in the house buck . When got your message was too late . and we just saw the next day . Your already left. If this happens again to you look for phone number ate the house you stay . Everyone will appreciate you call thank you. I’m Sorry maybe next time. Thank you for your feedback.

The feel of the cape!

Perfect Family GetawayOur first time on the Cape, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was ideal—plenty of space to gather as a family, yet peaceful and relaxed without any of the chaos you sometimes find in busier towns. The house itself had a true Cape feel that constantly reminded us we were away from it all. Thoughtful details, a welcoming vibe, and everything we needed for a memorable stay. Cozy home. Close to the grocery store, yummy ice cream shop and fabulous breakfast/lunch restaurant.We enjoyed our stay. The home is super comfortable and makes you feel relaxed the minute you walk in. The kitchen is very well stocked. We were able to use the bikes and ride on the near by canal path.beds comfortable. Livingroom cozy and on a very hot day we stayed in to watch a movie before a late beach day.there are close beaches. All have to park to pay but easy.Only a 30 min drive to Hyannis port. Took a boat your.the only thing we would add or request would be a TV in the basement with the bunk beds. (to have the kids escape to watch a kid movie at night)Not a complaint, just a wish.Host is quick to answer questions and help us plan our trip.Would recommend this home and you will have a fun and relaxing stay
