Experience this beautiful three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo located in the ski-in/ski-out community at Sunrise Mountain Village Resort. The condo spans three levels.

The main level features a fully equipped kitchen with elegant granite countertops, new cabinets, and modern appliances, including a five-burner gas stove, a Keurig cup coffee maker, and sleek stainless steel appliances. You'll have everything you need to cook and enjoy a seamless culinary experience. The dining room features a table and chairs and a slider door leading to the balcony, creating a serene setting for meals and relaxation. The large living room is perfect for unwinding after a long day of fun activities, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. Additionally, the main level has a bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a full bathroom with a washer and dryer.

The upper level boasts two bedrooms, one of which is the primary bedroom with a private balcony that offers picturesque sunrise views. A loft area overlooks the inviting living room and a full bathroom. Outside the bedrooms is a bathroom with a double sink and tub/shower combo.

The lower level has a second family room with a TV and additional rooms, one with a full bed and the other with a twin bed and a desk, to accommodate your needs.

The accessibility is Good. You do have to walk to the end of the street for access. There was no Mountain view. The slanted glass is all iced up. The property is very clean and organized and very roomy.
