Perfectly situated for exploration, the home is merely 3 blocks from the lapping waves of Little Bay and a short quarter-mile stroll from the sun-kissed shores of Rockport Beach, an ideal location for coastal adventures and lively local festivals. Immerse yourself in the charming lifestyle of Rockport with this cozy retreat as your base.
This home does allow pets for an extra fee. No viscous breeds and max of two.
- No Smoking in the home. There are `butt pots` provided for your use outside.
- Do not bring sandy/muddy footwear or clothing into the home.
- Please do not open windows or leave the doors open.
- Do not use bath towels outside, at the beach, or on boats. They are for bathing use only.
- Do not clean fish inside the home.
- Do not fry turkeys at the home.

Great home and a great location

Rented the home for a family weekend and it was well worth it. It was near all the main activities and restaurants. Home was clean and all the essential needed to make your stay pleasant.

Great location! The house was very well stocked. The only down side to this home was blankets were stained and key lock was hard to open because of it's location

Quaint home in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located just minutes from the public beach. Mattress comfort is springy and nothing to write home about. The AC system also struggles to maintain 74 degrees during the summer months and ran for long periods of time in the afternoon during our stay.

Great location, not so great accommodations

This place definitely has potential. The location is perfect, but the home is in need of some TLC. Make sure to bring your own toilet paper!

nice stay in Rockport

We had an enjoyable stay in Rockport. The home was comfortable and the yard perfect for our dogs. We went for several walks a day throughout the neighborhood and everyone we met was wonderful. The laundry was out in the shop which meant you had to go outside to wash but they had a basket so it really wasn't a problem. The house was perfect for what we needed.

Great little house!

House was very clean and well stocked. Very cozy. Might need to change out the shower curtain as it was quite long into the tub and caused slipping. Other than that, it was great and would rent it again.

This house has everything for a great vacation

This was a great choice for our family of three people and three small dogs. It is close to everything. I was able to ride my bike to a great beach, able to get to the HEB in no time and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed cooking on their grill in the spacious backyard and the kitchen had everything we needed, we just brought the food. Lots of towels and sheets too. It was clean and spacious.

Great little getaway!

Was so sad to see Harvey’s impact on Rockport but Rockport is definitely ON THE MEND! -house is in a great location, in old Rockport-close to downtown -we felt very safe -totally stocked—has everything you need -loved the tile floors -cool, roomy, clean and comfy -queen bed very comfy -kitchen completely stocked, even has a juicer! -linens and towels, more than adequate-nice and fluffy -plenty of closet room and furniture for your clothes, even loads of hangers -fully fenced back yard for your kids or pups Moderate Cons: -chairs in living room are not very comfortable, need replacing -grass was way too high-promotes mosquitoes -Definitely recommend this place

Comfortable Home w/ a great backyard!

Stayed with my 2 pups and spouse. The house was comfortable and the dogs loved running in the backyard. Only complaint was there was no toilet paper. Contacted the property manager who said they would bring some the morning following our arrival, but they never did. It was easy enough to buy some at the HEB though! We would stay here again.

The house sits in a nice quiet neighborhood. The deadbolt lock was a little tempermental. The outside trash cans were over flowing. The house is nice and well stocked. The couch had pet hair on it. The kitchen cabinet had dead light bugs behind the toaster. The master bedroom carpet had several stains on the carpet. We killed a couple water roaches in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and the use of your house.

Your positive review of “4” is much appreciated and we are happy that you enjoyed your stay. You are always welcome. With respect to the bug problem, we sincerely apologize. The quarterly extermination visit, while scheduled, did not occur in time nor did the other pest provisions that were utilized. However, either treatment would generally cause all bugs to seek water. Unfortunately, the timing of treatment was off, buy we will continually remain aware of the problem and address them promptly. All carpets are scheduled to be replaced in three months and the overflowing trash situation is being discussed with our real estate management company to mutually resolve the problem. As “Premier Host”, we diligently try to be the best vacation rental of our type in the Fulton/Rockport area. Your feedback will help keep us on our toes. Don Schieffer, Owner Herndon, VA

Birthday Getaway

Booking and communication was awesome. The house was roomy and stocked well. Shaded yards which also equalled the perfect amount of natural light coming in. We celebrated my daughters 10th bday (Livy-palooza) and it was perfect. Fulton beach, port aransas, a drive in movie, shopping. Everything was close by or an easy trip. We had our dog with us and he made friends with the back fence neighbor dog. It was huge but very friendly, a gentle giant. The ac was absolutely perfect, especially after getting a little sunburn. Met our neighbor on the corner (a hometown celebrity), absolute sweetheart, which was comforting since im a single mom with 2 young girls. Property owner was very responsive and the sweetest man ever. All in all we had a great time and cant wait to return. Mr. Don thank you so much for your hospitality!!

Quaint, ideally situated.

Loved staying here. The house was charming and had all we needed for a week long stay. It was a cool sanctuary on some hot humid days in the middle of September. Thank you for the experience!

Lovely Rockport Cottage!

This property is located on a quiet street near all the action of Rockport. It is very clean and well stocked with everything you might need for an enjoyable stay. The owners and property manager were easy to communicate with and took great care to see that we were happy. I would highly recommend staying at this cottage.

Cozy home

This home away from home has everything you need, is clean, cozy, spacious and equipped with all you need for a holiday week. Bear in mind that Rockport is not really at the Gulf coast and it’s beach is not too inviting with seaweed, jellyfish etc. - for a better beach experience drive 20 minutes to Port Aransas.

Perfect Rockport Rental for the Fam

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family of 5 and our dog. The backyard was spacious, shaded, and well-maintained; perfect to unwind after a long day at the beach. Great neighborhood and proximity to the beach, downtown, and Fulton Harbor. We'll be back!
