Guests must register with the front desk upon check-in. From October 29th-March 31st parking is FREE. Apr-Oct 28th, The Quay charges a $100 non-refundable building registration fee which includes parking for 1 car. Second car parking is based on availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis with a price of $12/day or $75/week. This 2nd pass can be purchased at the security desk on the 1st floor. Additional free parking can be found curbside up and down Ocean City. As well as pay to park spots which can be found in the municipal lot on 100th street!

Pool open Memorial - Labor Day. Sometimes earlier or later weather permitting at the discretion of the building. Please ask if you are curious about pool openings during your stay :)

**In-season Apr-Oct 28th $100 registration fee applies to all reservations.

Condo is in perfect proximity to walk to everything but the boardwalk. The Boardwalk is 15 minutes drive. Indoor pool was helpful when it rained. Staff and locals are extremely nice and helpful. I watched people set up their beach chairs and cabanas at 8am and leave them. No one touched chairs, tents, etc. People come down at 10am and sit in their preplanned location on the beach.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely book this condo again! The penthouse was beautiful, and the floor-to-ceiling windows made the space feel so open and bright. The views were incredible in every direction—you can see the ocean, the bay, and even the street below, which was surprisingly one of our favorite parts. At night, the lights and activity almost gave it a little Vegas vibe!The layout worked perfectly for our group of seven. Everyone had plenty of space, and the condo never felt crowded. We also really appreciated the luggage carts, which made getting everything in and out so much easier.Overall, this condo gave us so many wonderful family memories, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious place with unbeatable views.

The Quay 2504 was Beautiful! Property was easy to check-in, clean, kept up, beautiful views, host was great and easy to work with. Enjoyed the welcome sign, personalized the welcoming of the family! Will definitely rent through host again! Loved it!

Great location and easy check in. Be aware of the spiral stairs going to the two upstairs bedrooms. It is narrow and feels like an add in. One of our party was 8 months pregnant and I was concerned about her going up and especially going down those stairs. It may be an issue for an older guest or a heavy person. Be aware also that one of the bedrooms upstairs is a loft. They have a nice curtain screen but it is a loft. Overall, the place was clean and comfortable for our stay.

The location of the property was great. It was right on the beach. If additional keys fobs are needed to get in and out of the building please be clear to ask for one in advance. Also, there were three couples coming from different places so we had three cars. Each one of us had to pay more than 100 to park. We could see both the beach and the bay from the property however, the main thing you see is the road and the roofs of other buildings. You do not get a great view of the beach at all. The layout of the property was fine. The spiral staircase was quite skinny. I did not realize how narrow the steps would be. It would be best for children or very fit and thin adults. The air-conditioning in the unit was very inefficient. In some rooms it felt like an ice box while other rooms we were sweltering. The beds were not comfortable at all and they need to be replaced. The place was not clean. I had read previous reviews that stated this and mentioned it to the management before I checked in. They assured me that cleanliness is a priority for them. The freezer had not been cleaned out and a can had burst in the freezer, along with other leftover food. There was a vape in one of bedrooms as well as women’s undergarments under the dresser. There was also food left out on the balcony, The kitchen was not well equipped. There were not even wine glasses. The owners need to consider different property management for sure.

Rooms were hardly cleaned. Floors were dirty, bathrooms were dirty. Uncleaned bathroom towels were tossed in the corner of the closet. 2nd floor living area TV was non working. Sliding screen door for balcony was broken upon arrival and incorrectly placed in the door to make it seem like it was functioning. Not very happy with our stay.

I know that this is a beach home. However I don't expect to see mold, rust in both shower area of the home, and the master bedroom bathroom door makes a very loud noise when opening & closing. Also no face cloths or enough towels to accommodate my schedule party. Also the front desk was no help at all. His only reason for check-in was to get $50.00 for parking on the property. Also because the house is located on the 25th floor. I don't consider that to be a penthouse? Also the steps are very narrow and dangerous.

Very nice property. Great view of ocean, bay, street activity, and even the boardwalk Ferris wheel at night. They had so many “grocery” items left for us (soap, paper supplies) that the rush to go to the grocery store didn’t feel necessary.
