Peaceful & Serene

We had a wonderful time. The home was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the birds and golfers from the rear patio. Great location

Liked almost everything about this property. Well stocked kitchen. Communication with the prop mngr was excellent! Only negative is that there are stains on the carpeted area and the edges around the walls and sliding patio have not been vaccumed in a very long time.

Beautiful townhouse - great stock on kitchen appliances and bath towels etc Need pest control - roaches greeted us in the kitchen each morning and tiny ants behind the master bath sink near the bathroom. Sink in master bath drains very slow

Large rooms, living area, patio, kitchen - plenty of space for all! Enjoyed the fact it was dog friendly (reasonable fee).We knew this and had no issues with it, but it’s not “modern,” if that’s what you’re looking for. This didn’t bother us, just worth nothing for other visitors! We would come back here again, and the management team was possibly the best we’ve ever dealt with. Adjacent pool also a nice perk!!

PGA West Home with lake and mountain views

The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are all comfortable, the location has Southern views of the mountains, and we enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the ducks and geese in the lake, and the golfers teeing off on hole #5 of the Stadium course. The property manager provided good customer service. The property was as described and everything was in order so we didn't need any assistance from the manager to fix anything. Flat screen tvs in each bedroom and in living room worked great. We are golfers and there are multiple excellent courses in the immediate vicinity to play.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Extremely nice, expansive, well-appointed, clean, safe, quiet residence with all the conveniences expected of a 5-star accommodation. Very nice that all bedrooms had an in-suite full bathroom. Kitchen was well-stocked and with modern appliances. Royale staff was very responsive and very accommodating ensuring our stay met or exceeded expectations. Nice views of early sunrise outside the patio of the golf course and surrounding mountains with golfers making it to the 5th box around 8am or so. A demanding tee shot on this hole definitely gets their attention-not many walk-aways after tee shots were airborne. Some issues with cable and Wifi which the Royale staff helped to troubleshoot with partial success. I highly recommend this residence.

Wonderful property

My wife and I stayed here with another couple for 5 nights. The arrival process was very smooth and easy. We had been emailed all the instructions prior to arrival and had no difficulty whatsoever. The house was extremely clean upon our arrival and I was very impressed with everything inside and out. Their is not a backyard like I think of backyards, but a very nice patio with lots of room that backs right up to the golf course. So if you have children that need a backyard to run around, this house will not have that. But it was the perfect backyard for us to sit and relax and watch the golfers go by. However, their are several options for pools not far away for children to go and enjoy themselves and burn off their energy. The bedrooms all have carpet in them and feel very cozy and comfortable. That always is important to me and allows me to have a good nights sleep. And they all have adjoining bathrooms as well. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked as was everything else. We loved staying here and the view of the golf course and mountains was gorgeous. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
