Beautiful property, great for my poodle, convenient to beach and shopping! We visit the area 3-4 times per year and this was one of the best properties we’ve stayed at.

We had a pretty perfect stay! Everything was as shown on the listing. We had plenty of space and it was a reasonable drive to the beach! The place is very pretty & open and the backyard is a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay, the home was clean inside and the yard was great for our dogs. It was a little further from the beaches than we were used to and you can’t really walk in the neighborhood. Other than that, we loved this home. They had everything you could think of for a beach house and the owners were very responsive.

Overall, the properties clean. The yard needed to be mowed before we arrived, not two days after. The front door lock took some time trying to figure it out. It’s not simple. Would like to have had a shade on the front door window, The property is very close to the road and hardly and traffic obeys the posted speed limit of 25 mph. It was very clean and accommodating for the most part.

The home is great. Very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Our dogs enjoyed the fully fenced back yard. We felt safe in this quiet neighborhood.

I was very happy with our stay & would stay here again. The only things I would note for other travelers & myself in the future is that the beds do not have blankets or comforters. There are 2 comforter blankets in one of the closets that we were able to use. If you plan to use more than two beds you will need to bring blankets if you like to sleep with more than a sheet. The cover that is on the beds is only slightly thicker than a standard sheet. It’s also a residential neighborhood. This wasn’t an issue at all for us other than we typically like to ride bikes and this is not that kinda neighborhood. There are no sidewalks. Other than bedding we had everything we needed, The home was clean & very comfortable. The fenced backyard was a wonderful bonus and we look forward to returning with our dog. Great location!!

The house was beautiful and centrally located between Destin and PCB. We were minutes within beaches and neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Easy check-in and check-out. If I had any recommendations it would be to fix the toilet paper holder in master bathroom, include beach umbrella in the stay (as it would have been very useful during our stay). Some of the kitchen pots were somewhat dirty (maybe from not being used) and had to rewash them but no biggie. Overall, would definitely stay there again as the home is very well maintained and is beautiful! Management was hard to reach sometimes but very nice!

Our stay here was fantastic. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was so clean and tidy when we arrived and we loved the simple accommodations like beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The beds were comfortable, the primary bathroom was absolutely perfect. We will definitely stay here again in the future, especially being that it was not very far from the beach at all. Very close to the gulf place area where a lot of events are happening any day of the week. We have no complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend this rental.
