Nice enough, with thoughtful amenities like beach towels and basic kitchen items. Close to beach. Very clean. Location is great for walking up to Popponesett marketplace and beyond on jogging trails. We needed the air conditioning a couple of days during our stay - we note that the two portable units are fairly noisy and take up a lot of floor space. This unit is just fine for a couple. I don’t think 3 or 4 people would be comfortable. For example, the sofa is comfortable to sit on, but there is no other comfortable living room seating.

Lovely Quiet Retreat walk to Private Beach

We enjoyed our week! Beautiful condo with all the things we needed. So close to the beach and loved the trails and the Marketplace as well. Neighborhood was peaceful and just what we were looking for to relax and rejuvenate!

Very nice place and community. Enjoyed the beach not the stairs but good for the legs. Ate at the Popponesset Inn and the Marketplace and seafood was excellent. Mashpee Commons also a good place to eat and shop and close by. Will be coming back.

The unit is small so to say it sleeps 4 is a very big stretch, there was barely any room to hang 2 people’s clothes . There was a closet in bedroom but you couldn’t get in and out of it unless you shut the bedroom door every time you want something out of it.The kitchen sink has no disposal so the sink constantly backs up.The deck door to the deck “jams” and if you don’t know that you get locked out because the door lock doesn’t work right.You can’t iron with AC and lights on or you will blow a fuse everytime.AC unit in bedroom is loud.

Perfect seaside getaway

Even during a rainy weekend, the cozy space was perfect for a weekend retreat. Quiet, comfortable, with amenities all very close by (within 15 minutes) it was a perfect mix of rural & convenient.

Cute, clean little house. It was a pleasant stay, in a nice area. Only suggestion would be to add a full-length mirror, but this is a comfortable place that we heartily recommend.

Relaxing extended weekend girls trip

Overall the property is cozy, clean and met allOf our needs. We did have an issue with cable/internet but it was resolved the next day. The location is perfect to everywhere that we wanted to go. It was our first girls trip away this year and we would love to make it an annual thing!

Overall the property was as advertised. Upon arriving we were queried regarding our reservation. We did not realize it was a pseudo gated community. We showed our confirmation and after some hesitation were allowed in. The parking was very convenient to unload our car. The house was neat and clean. Furnishings a bit dated but overall matched the pictures in the listing. The bed was a bit soft . The.amount of closet and dresser space was excellent for a 1 week stay. Kitchen well stocked with dishware and cleaners. All appliances worked well except for both TVs with poor reception Walking to the beach was fine but a bit cumbersome when carrying bagand chair. Had not anticipated the 43 stairs to access the beach but found a way to avoid it by walking a bit further to another entrance. The process of carrying a flag to the beach was antiquated. An App or perhaps a wristband wound have been less cumbersome. The one day I forgot mine I was asked to walk all the way back to our unit because I was “a renter” a little unfriendly by my standards. Surrounding area difficult to navigate and other than Mashpee Commons not much choice for restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at 3 Flying Cloud. It was bright and clean. The one thing we felt was missing was ample closet space and drawer space. Pack accordingly! You will enjoy your time in this delightful condo.

Fall getaway

Great property in great location on Cape Cod. 30 min drive for ferry to Nantucket. 2 minute walk to Beach within neighborhood. Cozy and quiet. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Great Property

My small family of 4 stayed at this property for a week and had a great time. It's a great location, the property has everything needed for a family of 4 including items for the beach. It's a quick walk to the marketplace and beach. Close driving to the Mashpee commons. We will definitely be booking this property again and again.
