Wake up to beautiful views of the Gulf. Enjoy convenient access to several amenities on the property including 2 pools, hot tub, fitness center, basketball court, tennis court, pickleball court, barbecue grills, and green spaces. In addition to being a short walk from the beach, we have access to an amazing running/biking path along scenic 98. Easy access to Destin Commons. Walking distance to Pompano Joe's and Kenny D's! Two fabulous nearby restaurants with terrific seafood offerings. This unit has three bedroom, all with large beds first floor has a master bedroom with a king bed. The living room has a sofa bed and a love seat. Dining table for four and a 4 barstools for dining! The sofa has beautiful views of the gulf that you can see from anywhere on the couch! Upstairs has two rooms and a bathroom. One room has a queen bedroom. The third bedroom is small and ideal for the kids in the party. There are two beds in this room. One queen and one full. Very convenient location with about 4 minutes walk to beach. Provides two umbrellas and four chairs, there are also some swimming toys available. The owner is super nice and easy to communicate. Will definitely go back in future.

We loved the location of the condo and the Maravilla community. We sat on the balcony and looked at the ocean drinking our morning coffee. We enjoyed being so close to the beach with reserved beach chairs. We used both pools, pickle ball courts, basketball court, and cornhole. It was fun to have a variety of activities all in the area. We even enjoyed working on a puzzle inside the condo! We had a little issue at check-in that the owners resolved quickly. We hope to return on a future vacation!

The view from our balcony was great (you can see ocean from a distance & it’s beautiful). The heated outdoor pool was awesome! The condo had plenty of room. It could use a spatula for cooking eggs (I picked one up at Walmart for 2). We enjoyed walks along the beach. Our son loved the basketball hoop. The elevator worked. I recommend this VRBO, as it’s in a perfect location. I ran on the running/bike path a few times into Destin which is really pretty & safe.

Stunning view from the balcony! Private access to pool with complimentary beach chairs & umbrellas were very nice, however were removed too early in the day, in my opinionI was asked to move so they could take them around 4:30ish. Right before sunset! Condo was perfect setup for our group! I will get a golf cart next time though!! Would highly recommend

GREAT location!

We had a wonderful stay! The balcony is great (as you can see the ocean) and the place was well kept and just as described. It’s in a great location and the amenities are so fun! We could have used a few more things in the kitchen (only 1 knife to chop, no strainer, scratched pans), but everything else was amazing! We will be back again!

Pros: clean, enough beds and room to move around, comfortable beds, more then 1 TV, view of the gulf, two umbrellas and 4 chairs at the beach, multiple bathrooms, two pools, pickle ball courts, grills, walking distance to restaurants Cons: it is just little things that were off for the stay but they added up. Not all the tv remotes work or with the correct tv and that’s not that big of a deal until kids get disappointed. There was l no working ceiling fan in main bedroom and when I tried to ask the owner if there was a trick to get it working I didn’t get a respond back from more then a day and then that issued wasn’t even mentioned. Needless to say the main bedroom did get warm. There was no working washing machine and we weren’t notified of it not working until we were on our way and was then told a new one would be installed the next day, however two days went by and then finally heard from property owner that they weren’t coming til Friday to install a new one. The new one showed up Friday as we were trying to leave so we then had to stick around until it was set up. So I’m glad the next set of guests had one to use but we did not. There wasn’t a set of directions for checking in so I had to message when we were a couple hours away asking for the codes and what not. Had there been better notification about things this would have gone better. But overall it was a nice condo and a great location. We love staying in the Maravilla complex.

The condo was very convenient and properly cleaned. Our only complaint was that we needed to check in a little early so that we could leave our luggage to pick up family from the airport. However, after asking several times, we were finally told no. By then, it was too late to pick them up. They had to rent a car to get to the condo.

The condo was perfect for our family. It sits right beside one of the pools and hot tub also right next to the grills, pickle ball and basketball. The condo was clean, the kitchen was a small so that was a little difficult.... Make sure you take your own grilling utensils if you plan to grill.... Or buy some. We would definitely stay again..
