Come enjoy peace and quiet and get restored at our cabin in the woods. No neighbors, full nature views, great sunrises and breathtaking sunsets. The Cabin is centrally located between Livingston counties most Beautiful attractions. 1.8 miles to Long Point park on Conesus Lake with great access to swim, fish, kayak, boat and picnic. 3.5 miles to the Historical village of Geneseo and Suny Geneseo offering many great places for food, live entertainment, bars and shops. Minutes to Letchworth state park! An hour and a half drive to the iconic Niagara falls! Private backyard with patio and awesome firepit. Plenty of driveway parking for vehicles, boats and RV's. Large heated garage connected to house with full game room ! Stay as long as you would like here at The Cozy Cabin!

Graduation Weekend

Only six minutes to campus the perfect location for a SUNY Geneseo graduation weekend. The place is immaculate and comfortable. Comfortable beds, couches chairs and front porch.

Wonderful cabin in the country

The cabin was super clean and quiet. Beautiful setting in the country. The property manager was quick to respond and provided a special gift for our special occasion. Wonderful place to stay.

Great Cabin!

Honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The cabin was immaculate and very nicely decorated. Game room in the garage was a blast. Owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in a little early.

Awesome cabin

We loved staying at this cabin. It was super clean and comfortable and had all the household supplies we needed. We really enjoyed our nights around the fire pit. The cabin is located in a very quiet area but close to attractions like Letchworth and shopping in Geneseo. I highly recommend this cabin and we hope to be able to come back for another stay

Beautiful Home

Overall it was an amazing experience, I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The home and property are beautiful and have everything you can want in a little get away. I do advice you double check that all party members (and pet if you have one) are listed when making the booking!

Our stay at this property was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the incredibly peaceful surroundings. Waking up to such beautiful views was a highlight of our trip. Nice place

Vseery nice properly. Well kept, amd owners seemed nice interacting before rental. It was a rainy weekend, but the gargae gameroom kept us entertained throughout our stay. The board games coloring books and cards were a nice touch.We were hoping for more of a developed area for the firepit/campfire with adequate seating for more than 2 guests. The weather kept us from using the fire pit so kind of a moot point. Electric stater did not seem to work on grill but we were abpe to use the Grill anyway. Overall, a wonderful place and we all agreed we would stay there again.

Peaceful and private

This cabin is wonderful! It is clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. My family and I felt right at home. The only neighbors are the cows, which we had fun watching as they wandered through the woods and pasture. We enjoyed the fire pit every night (wood provided!), and the rest of the property is perfect for yard games in both sun and shade. There's ping pong in the garage and a covered porch if it rains, and we were pleasantly surprised to find the huge picnic table outside for family dinners. The location is great, close to Letchworth and the lake. The hosts were gracious, accommodating, and extremely responsive. The snacks and bottle of wine were a lovely touch. We will absolutely be back!
