House Guidelines
• To help ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone, parties are not permitted and occupancy is limited to 10 guests
• No smoking in or near the house (including the screened porch)
• No pets allowed
• One boat is permitted due to limited space and may be docked at the front of the dock
• Please report any issues or damages during your stay
• For security purposes, outdoor cameras are in use on the property (none inside)
oo Parking
• The property includes parking for up to 4 vehicles in the designated parking area
• Please avoid parking on neighboring properties or in unauthorized areas This cottage allows use of kayaks, canoes, docks, and other uses of the property

I, the undersigned, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Property owner and manager and its affiliates, agents, employees, and authorized third parties, from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney`s fees, arising out of or related to my participation in during use of booked property.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of this waiver or my participation in the described activities.
