This beautiful one bedroom condo has the easiest beach access in town. You can walk right out your back door and practically right onto the beautiful white sand beaches or Miramar Beach. The master bedroom features a flat screen TV. The dining area has a nice round glass table that will easily seat the four guests in your party. The kitchen also has additional seating at the eat-in bar. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and offers access to the patio.

As far as amenities go, Edgewater is second to none. Bask in the sun around the two massive lagoon style pools or soak the night away in the huge in ground hot tub! For those who must work out (not recommended on vacation) there is a full gym. The kids have access to an onsite playground and jungle gym in addition to the half-court basketball court complete with gulf view! There is a putting green for dad and onsite shuffle board. In season grab a cold drink from the beach front bar and grill! What more could you want?

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Patio Access, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

*Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

*Boats, golf carts, storage trailers, and recreational vehicles are not permitted.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated Christmas through February.
