The Copper Top - Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement !!! Marcher en ville Ă  partir de cette maison de plage de 5 chambres, 5. 5 salles de bain avec piscine privĂ©e, et vue partielle sur la plage / voie navigable intercostal. À pied des restaurants, mini-golf, arcade, jetĂ©e de pĂȘche, crĂšme glacĂ©e et magasins de plage. L'accĂšs Ă  la plage est juste une promenade diagonale Ă  travers la rue! Cette maison a un plan d'Ă©tage inversĂ©. La cuisine et le salon sont au dernier Ă©tage.

Golfeurs - Certains des plus grands parcours de golf au monde se trouvent à moins de 16 km de cette magnifique maison de 5 chambres entiÚrement équipée, 5 chambres et 5 salles de bain avec vue sur l'océan et piscine privée. Les parcours pour chats (Lions Paw, Tigers Eye, Panthers Run, Leopards Chase & Jaguars Lair) à 7 miles, Sea Trail à 5 miles, Oyster Bay à 6 miles, Rivers Edge à 8 miles et Thistle Golf Course à 10 miles.

Nous avons 2 chambres familiales - alors laissez les enfants avoir leur propre espace !! Une salle familiale est une salle de jeux avec une table de billard pare-chocs qui se transforme en une table de poker et une table de baby-foot séparée !! Nous avons le centre communautaire Ocean Isle Beach à notre accÚs à la plage. Le seul accÚs à la plage avec salles de bain sur l'ßle. M-F, ils offrent d'excellentes activités GRATUITES pour les enfants de 10 h à 12 h. Volley-ball et Bocci Ball disponibles au centre communautaire.

La maison est une étagÚre supérieure dans tous les sens - accÚs Internet haut débit (apportez votre ordinateur portable), comptoirs en granit, appareils en acier inoxydable, ventilateurs de plafond partout, TV 42 'dans la salle familiale, TV cùblée dans chaque chambre. This property is in the perfect spot on Ocean Isle! Just a 2-minute walk to public beach access and 3 minutes to the pier, shops, putt-putt, coffee, and restaurants. Super convenient location with easy access on and off the island. The house matched the description and photos exactly—clean, modern, and well-kept. Lynne, the owner, was fantastic to work with and very helpful throughout our stay.

Summer Fun

The Copper Top is walking distance to lots of fun locations and has easy beach access! Home was very clean and nicely decorated. Lynne was available for any needs we had and even texted us fun activities. Baby gates were a plus for our small vacationers! Garage was filled with any beach / outdoor item we needed. We cannot say enough nice things about this property or Lynne. A on every level!

Perfect weekend

My family and myself had a great stay at “The Copper Top”, this weekend. The house is at a perfect walking distance to the beach and to all the beach shops and restaurants just over the bridge. The house could not have been any cleaner. We would like to go back sometime when it’s warmer and we can enjoy the beautiful pool. Great beach house!

Family Vacation

Place is awesome. Everything ran smoothly, it has everything you could possibly want or need. My only fear is that next time we want to rent Copper Top it will be taken because it’s so amazing. Lynn is a great person to rent from.

OIB Trip

We had a great stay at Lynne's home. The home is as beautiful as advertised. We loved having the pool - kids spent more time at the pool than at the beach. The beach was super close - easy walk to the end of the block and also a close walk to the park, ice cream, mini golf and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this home to other families!

Lovely Setting

There were 14 of us, ages ranging from 3 to 74. There was plenty of room - 5 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The kitchen area was spacious and had lots of things left from others, like spices, coffee filters, sugar, etc. We enjoyed a card game at the large table on the last night. Lynne warned us that there were lots of stairs, and there were! The area was really nice, clean and quiet. The young ones really enjoyed the community park. The boys played basketball, the preschoolers enjoyed the sprinklers and large playground, and our 10-year-old granddaughter enjoyed the scavenger hunt. We enjoyed the pool at the house where the young ones could swim and the adults could talk. It was very close to the beach, the pier, beach shops, and charter fishing, where 6 of us had a wonderful time reeling in Spanish mackerel and Barracuda. If there was anything I would recommend, it would be more comfortable furniture in the upper living room and a set of measuring cups. They had everything else you could imagine to cook with. Thanks, Lynne. It was a very special time with our kids and grandkids.

Summer Escape

We had an incredible stay at this beach house! The location was perfect, just steps away from the sandy shores and stunning ocean views. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Very close to the beach which was so nice. Private pool loved by my family. Big kitchen area which suitably fit our family of 15. Loved the top deck for evening breezes. Loved having 5 bathrooms.

Family Reunion

Family reunion

We loved the house and all of the decks. The location is great and we could easily walk to attractions. The game room was a big hit with all ages and the layout of the house was perfect for the three families. We enjoyed the board games and some of the games in the garage - played corn hole in the space under the house. It rained most of the four days that we were there. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Great Location!

The beach was literally across the street. The property itself was spacious and well equipped with anything we might need, including pool and beach items. We did utilize the linen service recommended, and they were great. There was a little playground with a splash pad just a few minutes walk away that was great for the younger children. The weather was very hot the week we were there, so the pool was well used. One thing that really stuck out to me was how quiet it was, despite being so close to adjoining properties, presumably mostly rented, as it was peak summer season. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Great family vacation property

The property was very clean upon our arrival, and was exactly is advertised. The host made the check in process easy and she was very responsive to any questions I had during our stay. The house had a well-stocked kitchen and all of the beach toys, chairs, etc. that you could possibly want were available for our use in the garage. There were also plenty of games and rainy day activities inside the house. I would highly recommend both this property (also because of its location directly across from a great beach access and close to the town center, park, etc.), and because it has a host that definitely cares!

Great Week!!

We had a great week! The house is really clean! This is my number one priority when I rent. I am a very clean person and if a house is not clean I do not rent again. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything that we needed. It is very close to the ocean and easy to walk, We loved our stay and have already rebooked for next year!! Highly recommend!!!!
