- You will have private access to the entire house. Please make yourself at home!

Other things to note:
*Additional Fees
- Dog fee of $200/per stay (1 dog per reservation). Pets are allowed in the outdoor areas, 1st floor, and 2nd floor of the home. We kindly request no pets on the 3rd floor or in beds. Accessories including dog beds are provided in the laundry room closet. Equipment is sanitized between stays.

- Pool heating fee of $150/day (Hot tub is free of charge). Please let us know which days of your reservation you'd like the heated pool active. This cost reflects the increase in cost of propane to keep the pool heated. Payment must be received before heating is turned on. No additional charge for use of hot tub.

*We are kid-friendly! Utensils, plates, bowls, and cups for kids are available. Wooden high-chair and Pack n Play are provided. A step up stool for kids to reach the sink are on each floor.

*Further details for check-in and a link to the house guidebook/manual will be sent 3 days before check-in.

*Please note that we do not offer refunds for weather-related issues, power outages, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend using 3rd party trip insurance if there is concern for weather related issues.

*We provide an initial stock of basic supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, K-cups/teabags, soap, dishwashing pods, laundry detergent pods, linens, and body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. You may need to obtain more for the remainder of your stay.
