This cozy, spacious, family friendly home is centrally located in St. Augustine. Only 5 miles from the historic downtown area and 6.5 miles from the closest beach! Located right off of US1 and close to many great restaurants. This home has multiple TVs, puzzles and games, wireless internet, and a nice outdoor space with a screened in back porch. Fenced in back yard, Pet friendly. 3 bedrooms and a couch with a pull out bed can sleep up to 8 people. You will find a binder filled with recomendations for the best local restaurants, beach spots, and fun activities to do while you are visiting beautiful St. Augustine! There are even some beach toys and beach towels you can use to take to the beach. Full sized washer and dryer are available for use in the garage area. Fully stocked kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer for your use.

Great place to stay!

Check in process was easy. The home was beautiful, completely furnished, and spotless. The owners were quick to respond to answer any questions. I highly recommend this home if you’re staying in the St. Augustine area.

Great house in St. Augustine

We had a family visit to the area. The neighborhood is quiet and only a few miles from the historic district. I enjoyed morning coffee on the back porch. It is a 2 bedroom with a futon in the playroom area.

Comfortable and convenient

Beautiful and super clean home just minutes from historic Saint Augustine. My family and I only stayed one night, but we were so comfortable we wish we had stayed longer!

Hated to leave

Was a wonderful and relaxing vacation and the home did not disappoint. It was super clean, super comfortable and very spacious. An impressive place to stay. The host herself was awesome, and made us feel very Welcome. Can’t wait for next year! Thank you for everything Dana!

Clean and safe

Had a wonderful stay here and excellent communication with the host! Immediately answered any questions and resolved issue with AC immediately. Beds were comfortable which is very important. So much better than a hotel.

Clean inside but lawn is not usable

My first impression was not exciting at this property because the lawn was terrible. It was full of weeds, thistles, and thorns. I wouldn’t allow my puppy to roam without a leash because of its terrible state. The owner said the back yard was fenced, but actually was falling down. They had some grates up against the fence to cover missing boards. The house inside was clean so we did stay but otherwise would probably have canceled. I have pics if you want to see them. I felt let down because we wanted to let my 6 year old great niece play outside with the puppy but the yard was too dangerous. Definitely won’t be going back there.
