The house is fully available to guests except for locked closets for the owner.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Dogs Welcome: 1 dog is allowed per stay.

Pet Fee: A $100 pet fee will be charged separately after your reservation is confirmed. It is not included in the initial booking total.

Pet Information: Please let us know about your dog when booking. We love hearing about our furry guests!

Please do not leave your dog alone at the house for long periods. Distressed pets may cause damage or excessive barking that could disturb neighbors.

Beach Rules: The beach is dog-friendly, but local leash laws must be followed.

Service Animals: There is no pet fee for certified service animals. As a courtesy, please let us know if you will be bringing a service animal.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Pet Policy - We are happy to host your dog! 1 dog allowed, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dog alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog. We love to hear about them!
