Functional Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very functional vacation rental. From the pictures the place looks like its been renovated, however there are some things that are in disrepair and rusted. The fridge is really old and the shower does not work well the controls and door are rusty this is hidden by the shower curtain in the picture. The complex is very close to the beach which is great, but there are unhoused people that hang out at the church next door. None of this posed a problem, but I would have not minded to know that information beforehand. The laundry while not in the unit was clean and we didn't have a problem getting a washer or dryer. It was nice to have a rental as opposed to a hotel, but next time we would try a different unit in this complex.

Great condo stay

This was perfect for a family of 4. Convenient to have well stocked kitchen, laundry (although the building’s laundry machine was broken but they directed us to the next building over, same complex), balcony, community pool and hot tub. Good location, felt very residential, not touristy, not far from food, supermarkets. Centrally located to be able to reach other parts of Maui easily.

Kihei Garden Estates

We spent 9 days in our condo and enjoyed many hours playing in the pool. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for preparing meals. The property was very well kept and also convenient - close to a grocery store, coffee places and restaurants. It was a short walk to the beach where viewed beautiful Maui sunsets.

Enjoyed every minute!

We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. The balcony with the trees just outside gave awesome shade. The beach was very close by and the swimming pool in the complex was great. We were in an ideal location and close to everything. The condo had everything we needed.

Maui homebase

Good bang for the buck, good central location for what we were doing, well stocked. We only slept there as we were trying to cram as much in as possible, but one member used the pool, and the grounds are lovely. Beds comfy, and i appreciayed not needing to run find a store for soap or su h.

Great stay!

Fantastic location, 2 min to the beach! Clean condo with everything you need and more! The kids beach toys were great as you cannot pack those things when travelling. The pool was WARM and the hot tub hot! Thanks so much for a great stay!!🌮

Nice atmosphere

The condo was clean and well stocked with amenities (gear, kitchen, blankets/pillows, etc). The AC was good for us in December and made it comfortable at night. The property was well maintained.

Easy and Convenient

We had a very pleasant stay here. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and very close to shopping and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend to others interested. My only negative comment is that I left a necklace behind when checking out and messaged the host through the app within hours of departure but did not receive a response. When I finally did they told me that my necklace was thrown away because it “appeared broken”. Just be careful when you’re checking out as they are not responsible for your belongings left behind.

A Maui Gem

The property was exactly what we were looking for. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and minutes from the beach. The unit has all the amenities that we needed for a getaway. The kitchen is well equipped and there are many eating places and a supermarket within walking distance. Perhaps adding a toaster oven and AC in the bedrooms would make it perfect.

Family Vacation on Maui

+ very close to the beach + Shopping and good restaurants close nearby in walking distance + Good pool and jacuzzi on property + Maui is a very nice place for the family + Apartment has a nice kitchen, living room and a superb balcony to eat and hang out - some areas of kihei and close to the property are a little bit shady - in the apartment the shower and the fridge could use an upgrade/ renovation - Apartment is little bit noisy at night e.g. because of watering outside or ac's

Check in was super easy and efficient. Location is prime; access to the beach, walking distance to grocery store and coffee shop. The condo is clean and lots of stuff in the storage room (cooler, chairs, toys and towels). The only thing is the bedrooms do get a bit warm at night, we opened the windows and placed the fans in the hallway to help move the cool air into the bedrooms. For the price, it was a good stay.
