Youâll love the charm of this cozy and clean two bedroom home located in a quiet Yarmouth neighborhood. Breathtaking sunsets, peaceful walks on the beach, and the warm waters of Lewis Bay await as Colonial Acres Beach is just a short 10-minute walk away.
This tastefully decorated home offers central air conditioning, private backyard with firepit, and plenty of entertaining space via the light-filled sunroom with adjacent deck complete with outdoor dining space. Walk into an inviting living room with TV which connects to the updated kitchen with table and seating for 6.
The first bedroom has a single queen bed while the second bedroom offers two queen beds and twin bunk beds. The sunroom offers a second TV, comfortable seating, and sleeper sofa.
Kids will love the game room in the basement stocked with board games, gaming consoles, and stand-up arcade machines. There is plenty of space to run around with the kids, play yard games, and unwind. A Weber grill is available for guest use with full propane tanks supplied.
