Private Cape Cod Home - Walk to beach

Welcome to our home, in the heart of Cape Cod!

We are located 0.5 miles walking distance from the beach, and offer a FREE multi-beach pass which you can use to enter 15 Barnstable beaches. Outside, enjoy a large private backyard perfect for grilling, corn hole, laying in the hammock, or making s’mores by the fire pit. Main Street is only a mile away, with an array of shops, restaurants, and bars. To venture beyond the Cape, the Nantucket & Vineyard ferries are 2 miles away.

The space
First floor:
* Kitchen, dining area, and living room with a Roku TV for you to log into personal streaming accounts
* Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with Roku TV
* Bedroom 2 has a queen bed
* Full bathroom with washing machine

Second floor:
* Walk up the stairs to an open space with 4 twin beds

Outside:
* Private driveway for up to 4 cars
* Clothing dryer located in private garage
* Private backyard with firepit, deck, hammock, outdoor shower, and propane grill. Note: never leave fire or grill unattended and put out fire after use.


What we provide so you don't have to pack!
* Fresh linens, towels, and beach towels for up to 8 guests
* Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
* 4 beach chairs and wagon to walk to beach
* Keurig machine with a few k-cups and tea bags
* Cookware and utensils


Safety
1. Please watch your step when entering garage
2. Home has a video doorbell with motion activated camera at side entrance
3. Home has a motion activated camera at backyard deck
4. Keypad entry at side entrance with personal code for each guest

Guest access
You will have private access to the entire space - the home, garage, shed, backyard, deck, etc. (everything but the locked supply closet for the cleaners).

Other things to note
Beach Pass: Provided free for your unlimited use to park one car at 15 different Barnstable County Beaches. Please note, there is a fine if the pass is lost ($500.00+).

Check In & Out: You will receive a unique code to unlock the side door for check in. Information such as this code and the wifi password will be sent prior to your arrival. No chores upon check out! Vacations are for relaxing, and that's what the cleaners are for.
