With an abundance of wildlife, you will find the home incredibly peaceful, and tranquil, yet located only minutes from downtown Kilmarnock, downtown Irvington and downtown Whitestone.
Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on the patio or the private pier. Wildlife enthusiasts will enjoy the diverse array of animals who frequent the property such as bald eagles, deer, otters, etc.
High end restaurants, boutique shops, winery, brewery, golf course, splash pad, Compass Entertainment Complex, coffee shops, The Tides Inn Resort, golf courses, art studios, Wal-Mart, CVS and Walgreens are only minutes away.
Great fishing and crabbing can happen right off the private pier! Enjoy an afternoon or evening by the fire pit while taking in the views of Taylors Creek!

Perfect Northern Neck Getaway

We loved everything about our four night stay at Oyster Cove Getaway! The house was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. Having water views from the house and a private dock for crabbing, fishing, and kayaking were an added bonus. We also enjoyed exploring nearby Kilmarnock, Irvington, and White Stone (each town was about 10 minutes away or less). The local seafood was a treat and the shops couldn’t be cuter! Lastly, it was a pleasure communicating with Kristie - she was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process. We highly recommend if you’re looking for a great spot to relax with family or friends!

A Few Days of Peace and Quiet

A perfect few days to relax and enjoy beautiful weather riverside. Wild animals, birds, hiking, touring, good food and the perfect place to stay. Kristie was a great communicator and the home was lovely, just like the pictures. More room than the 2 of us needed but we enjoyed our time, especially sitting on the patio and taking in the view.

This property is very nicely decorated and has a spacious master bedroom with accommodation for three children and a baby in the suite. The family room has full length windows all around for lots of light in addition to a newly coastal theme renovation of the large fireplace. Kitchen has a great selection of cookware and new appliances. Watched deer in the back yard and our son-in-law had a good run on the area roads. Huge table off the kitchen seats a large group.

We loved staying at the property to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday! We overindulged in the local oysters! We definitely would recommend this property. It was very welcoming for our family!

Beautiful property and excellent location!!

This was a beautiful property and house. It's close enough to antiquing, but still had a somewhat "removed" feeling. Everything was perfectly clean, and check in was super easy. Would definitely recommend for a quiet, laid back stay!

Wonderful Weems House

This house was as warm and welcoming as the owners. Kristie and Aaron met any need or requests I had. They were great to make sure I enjoyed my stay. This house comes with a great location and great views. Located in a private area it is still near to town with Walmart being less than 10 minutes away. The driveway is a great and safe place to walk. There is a peaceful dock on the property and easy water access. The beds are also very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
