The townhome spans two floors, with the living room featuring a TV, a sofa that transforms into a sofa bed, and ample storage space with shoe and coat closets. Hardwood floors extend through the living and dining area which comfortably accommodates six guests. A washer and dryer are conveniently provided.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, ensuring you have everything you need for meal preparation. Upstairs, you'll find two separate full bathrooms, one with a jetted jacuzzi tub and shower, and the other with a standing shower.

The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and ample closet space, while the second bedroom offers a full-size bed, a cozy reading nook, and additional closet space. Both bedrooms are furnished with plush Awara mattresses and bedding for a restful night's sleep.

The highlight of our property is undoubtedly the stunning rooftop deck, where you can unwind with a refreshing drink while taking in panoramic views of the city skyline or hosting a memorable gathering under the stars.

Our rooftop deck is available for your enjoyment. Using it carries natural risks, including slips, trips, falls, and weather-related hazards.

By using the rooftop deck, you and your guests:

Acknowledge Risk – You understand that use is at your own risk and voluntarily assume responsibility for any injury, property damage, or other harm.

Supervision – You are responsible for supervising children and anyone in your group at all times.

Follow Rules – You agree to follow all posted and communicated safety rules. No running, jumping, or climbing on furniture or railings.

Weather Awareness – You agree not to use the deck during storms, high winds, icy, or wet conditions.

Furniture & Maintenance – You will keep the deck clean and cover furniture when not in use.

Release of Liability – You agree that the property owner, hosts, and their representatives are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages, even if caused by negligence.

By booking this property, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these conditions. Your use of the deck constitutes acceptance of this acknowledgment.

No Smoking/Vaping — Monitored Property
A smoke/vape detection sensor is installed inside the property. Smoking or vaping indoors is strictly prohibited under our house rules. Any detected smoking or vaping will result in a $500 charge to your reservation to cover deep cleaning and odor remediation.
