Belle maison en rangée confortable et amusante dans le meilleur quartier de Baltimore! Profitez de toute la maison, y compris un patio arrière privé, une terrasse au deuxième étage, deux chambres principales chacune avec salle de bain complète, coin repas, salon avec canapé-lit et même un sauna personnel. Promenez-vous facilement dans une grande partie de ce que Baltimore a à offrir: bars et restaurants de Federal Hill, Inner Harbor, Convention Center, musées, magnifique Federal Hill Park et Camden Yards pour un jeu d'Os! Carte de stationnement dans la rue incluse!

En entrant dans la maison, il y a des marches dans un coin petit-déjeuner unique (avec une cheminée!) à votre gauche, et une passerelle vers la cuisine tout droit. La cuisine fonctionne parfaitement, y compris les épices et condiments les plus courants, tout ce que vous devez ajouter est votre épicerie préférée. À côté de la cuisine, un salon confortable sur le thème des cactus avec un tout nouveau téléviseur 4K Roku.

Le canapé dans le salon a un lit pliant qui n'est pas seulement confortable pour un pliage, mais est un matelas en mousse à mémoire légitime. Cette chambre donne sur le patio et la terrasse privés.

En haut d'un escalier en colimaçon au large de la cuisine se trouve la première chambre avec un lit queen et une salle de bain privée avec douche et baignoire jacuzzi. Vous pouvez également trouver la laveuse et la sécheuse ici.

Montez un autre escalier en colimaçon au troisième niveau pour l'autre chambre, également avec sa propre salle de bain privée (avertissement, il n'y a pas de porte de salle de bain) et un sauna personnel. De plus, les deux salles de bains ont un shampoing, un revitalisant et un nettoyant pour le corps gratuits!

Les escaliers en colimaçon peuvent être un peu raides pour certaines personnes à mobilité réduite, mais encore une fois, en bas a un canapé-lit confortable et une demi-baignoire.

Un lit bébé est disponible pour les clients avec des bébés!

This is a great little house in an ideal location! We spent a week working remotely between two weekend events, & it was perfect. Walkable, safe, comfortable. Lots of fun things in easy distance. Hosts were helpful & procedures were very reasonable. Would definitely book again!

Great location. Layout worked perfectly for us. Would definitely stay again! As in the description, spiral staircases might be challenging for some. Street parking in front of home was not always available and there is a prep school across the street which limits street parking on part of the street during the day.

My stay was fabulous. The host was very communicative and went out of their way to make sure I could drop my bag off early before heading to the convention center on the first day of my trip. When I first entered the house, there was a chirping noise (maybe a fire alarm with a low battery?), but as soon as I messaged the host, they came to fix it immediately. Everything was nice and clean and comfy. The sauna worked great. The neighborhood was very walkable and safe. 5/5. Loved it!

Wonderful location!

We were able to walk to many activities at the Inner Harbor area as well as restaurants within easy walking distance. The circular stairways were a little hard to negotiate, but we knew that going in, so it was OK. Very clean and neat.

Location could not be better. Walking distance to bars, inner harbor and cross street market. Felt very safe. Owner was very quick to reply to any of our requests. Love Baltimore and Fort McHenry is a must!

The Federal Hill hood was great. Plenty of eateries and attractions within walking distance. Federal Hill Park was a great space to toss the baseball or gaze out across the Inner Harbor. Camden Yards was the high point of our trip. Great venue. The American Visionary Art Museum was another fantastic outing. Charm City!

Baltimore stay

The owner was extremely helpful and agreeable. We got to check in a bit early and also got to leave our suitcases in the house on the last day since our plane left later in the afternoon. Steve responded immediately to any questions. The location is excellent. The furnishings are a bit dated and it could have been a bit cleaner, but overall it worked well for us.

All we needed

Comfortable house and all we needed for several days to visit our new grandbaby 2 blocks away. Kitchen is basic but not enough space for preparing large meals. Area felt safe when walking back at night. Lots of restaurants nearby but the house is on a relatively quiet street.

Not sure where to start. The property manager gave me 3 different addresses for the property. My niece fell down the stairs going into the house. The property manager said he was “busy “ getting his children ready for Halloween and was too distracted to give me the correct address and code to enter. We drove around for over 1 hour to find the house. The stairs were sooooooo unsafe for anyone over 60 or children. There were dirty sponges in the stairs from the cleaning crew. Said there was a parking spot and a hot tub, but it was for another property he managed. Terrible experience.

About our stay

The location was great. Overall property was good. There were a few maintenance issues that the owners may not be aware of, the tub did not drain well, the upstairs toilet did not quit running unless the handle was jiggled, the downstairs toilet did not flush unless the handle was held down. The refrigerator was very noisy, sounded like it was going to quit. The carpet on the stairs and the bedroom was filthy. A full length mirror would be a nice touch. Thanks for the opportunity to review.

Wonderful spot to stay in Baltimore

Great place to stay with all of the amenities and close to all area attractions. It's within walking distance to Inner Harbor and close to other spots. Very clean, the hosts were great, accommodations were lovely. There's even a sauna! It was a delightful place to stay and I hope to stay again for any future travels in Baltimore.

Great Location!

We visited for a family wedding and loved the location of this property. It was close to lots of things we wanted to do and see so we did lots of walking. We did have a rental car but once you find a parking spot it’s better to keep it and walk than lose your spot unless you have to drive. Haha This is a good place to stay with a baby that isn’t mobile yet since they provide a crib, but the stairs are not crawling or walking baby friendly. The keypad was a little tricky to figure/see because the glass is broken/cracked but that really wasn’t a huge deal. Overall we enjoyed staying here!

Federal Hill is one of Baltimores most well known neighborhoods. It is centrally located, near downtown and the harbor, but has so much to offer right there in the neighborhood. It is just a short walk to Federal Hill Park, which has the best views of the harbor in the city.

Our row house is old and historic like the rest of the neighborhood, but the inside is so quirky and unique. We feel in love with it immediately when looking.
