As a family, we have been coming to the Outer Banks for well over 30 years. Staying at this property was definitely one of our top getaways. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities. The layout of the home is well thought out. The kitchen is fully equipped. The home was spotless! Best of all, we were able to bring our dog. The host went above and beyond with communication. We highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a wonderful place to stay that is close to everything.

The house was very accommodating for our family of 5 adults and 3 children. Our stay coincided with storms and the beaches were closed, so we were so grateful for the pool! Great location. The main road is a bit noisy at night, being a block away behind the house. Overall, it was a wonderful family vacation and the house was very comfortable with great amenities.

Pace Stay

We really enjoyed our few days at the beach. House was great. I would suggest offering towels (bath and wash cloths) and clothes hangers in the closets. House was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. If we return to OBX, we would stay here again. The pet we thought we were bringing stayed home with the other set of grandparents. Thank you, Angela

End of summer family vacation

The house is beautiful and very well designed with nothing left out. Loved the separate living areas on the three different levels. Usually we avoid the basement but at this house even the basement was a hit. The pool and hot tub are perfectly sized for the house and everything is brand new and very clean. The community was very family friendly and the beach access was just a short bike ride away. You can also park at one of the many free beach access lots. Location is right in the heart of the OBX so there are endless restaurants and activities all within a few miles.

We had a wonderful stay at this Nags Head home. The house was exceptionally clean, spacious, and exactly as described. Our teenagers especially loved having the private basement area with the arcade and direct access to the pool it gave them their own space while the adults enjoyed the upper levels.Natalie was an excellent host. She was very responsive, proactive, and genuinely wanted to make sure we had everything we needed for a great vacation. The location is convenient to restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to explore the Outer Banks. One thing to note is that the main road runs behind the house, so there is noticeable traffic noise on the back porches. However, the neighborhood itself is charming, quiet, and felt very safe. The home is well maintained but is stocked more like a hotel than a fully equipped vacation rental. Each guest receives one bath towel for the week, so plan on doing laundry if you’re staying several days. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided, although those can be rented locally. The kitchen has the basic cookware you’ll need, but don’t expect pantry staples such as spices, cooking oil, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or storage bags. One tip for future guests: the nearby Dollar General is incredibly convenient and carries just about everything you might need during your stay at very reasonable prices.Overall, we had a fantastic vacation here and would happily stay again.
