5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

We were a family of 9 (4 adults 4 children and 1 infant). The condo was in a perfect location and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing food. It was also very clean.

Easter trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Phoenix VI. The unit is spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, just remember to bring your coffee filters. My only suggestion would be for the complex to have the pre-paid parking passes in the unit prior to guests' arrival.

The top of the fridge had not been cleaned/dusted in some time.Check in was very simple as well as communication with listing agent.The kitchen wasn’t as equipped as listed, so if you plan on doing a lot of cooking, check to make sure they have what you need first.

While this condo was adequate for a basic stay, it didn't quite live up to initial impressions. At first glance, the floors appeared clean, but a closer look revealed that the floors were very dirty and the baseboards were neglected. The overall property feels dated and is in serious need of modern updating. This wear and tear was most noticeable in the living area; the couch and couch pillows were so worn that the fabric had significant pilling and beading, making them scratchy and uncomfortable to sit on. It functions fine as a basic place to crash, but it needs a deep cleaning and some refreshed furniture to truly be comfortable.

Thank you for your review. We understand you reported the balcony door upon arrival, and we apologize again for the difficulty with it. The doors at this property were replaced within the last two years and are built heavier to withstand the Gulf-front environment, which can sometimes make them feel a bit more difficult to open. We hope this minor inconvenience didn’t overshadow the rest of your stay, and we’d welcome any additional feedback on how we could have made your experience a 5-star one.
