Whether you have a brass pass and wish to quickly pop over to relax in your own space or simply wish to avoid the hassle of festival parking, this location can’t be beat. The music from the Gentilly Stage can also be heard clearly from the cozy seating areas on the front or back porches of the unit.

The unit includes 1 queen bed, 1 pull-out queen bed within the living room couch, and a personal washer and dryer located in the basement. Since the property is located within a triplex with other tenants present, we do ask that visitors maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 6am on weekdays and midnight to 8 am on weekends.
