The apartment was very clean and well equipped! It’s in a perfect location with a coffee shop, bagel spot, path station entrance all within less than a 10 minute walk! We would definitely stay again and recommend it.

This is a lovely apartment with lots of thoughtful touches (packs of ear plugs in the bathroom, scissors in the kitchen, half and half for your coffee, extra towels, usb plugs on the bedside tables). The host responds quickly and thoughtfully. We had a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment and really appreciated the easy and super friendly and supportive communication with Peter, the cozy and clean apartment, all the extras in the bathroom, plenty of coffee and much more. It is very easy to take the metro into NYC and we liked that there are many good breakfast places around the corner. It was great that we could leave the luggage in the house on our last day because our flight was in the evening . We would definitely stay here again when visiting NYC again.

Bel et grand appartement,trÚs fonctionnel et pratique, avec plein de petites attentions pour le locataire. Environnement calme et agréable. Localisation et accÚs aux transports en commun parfaits : direct à Manhattan (Greenwich) en 2 stations. Bars, restaurants et un grand supermarché à proximité immédiate.HÎte trÚs réactif et disponible.Cela a beaucoup contribué pour nous à passer un bon séjour à New York. Je louerai de nouveau cet appartement si je reviens et le recommanderai fortement à mon entourage qui souhaiterait y séjourner !

Quand on voyage Ă  l’étranger, il y a toujours une petite apprĂ©hension : on espĂšre que le logement sera Ă  la hauteur, sain, sĂ»r et conforme aux photos. DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons Ă©tĂ© pleinement rassurĂ©s : le logement de Peter Ă©tait tout simplement parfait.Les explications de Peter sont claires et simples, l’appartement est propre, trĂšs fonctionnel, avec un mobilier et des Ă©quipements de grande qualitĂ©. L’emplacement est idĂ©al, proche des commoditĂ©s et des transports, et offre en prime une superbe vue sur Manhattan (il faut juste marcher un petit quart d’heure, mais cela vaut largement la peine !).Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour et recommandons vivement ce logement.

This apartment is a superb base for visiting New York without being in the middle of the tourist hustle. Located in Jersey City, it’s perfectly connected by the PATH train (frequent, easy to use, tap your card and go) with direct routes to 33rd Street and the World Trade Center.The area has plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, and coffee spots. A 20-minute walk takes you to the harbour for stunning views of Manhattan. A great local breakfast option is Semicolon.The apartment has two good-sized double bedrooms, a lounge with TV, Wi-Fi, and a desk, plus a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a coffee machine for pods and ground coffee. The bathroom is spacious, with bath, shower, washer, dryer, and thoughtful extras like shampoo and cotton pads.Entry via security code is straightforward, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. I would book again with confidence if staying in New York. Compared to hotels, this is an excellent alternative base. Ideal for couples or families with young adults. The only point to note is that there’s no lift, so the stairs may be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.Overall: 5 stars – highly recommended!

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage. 3 min zum Path und von dort 9 min zum WTC.Wir genossen sehr die tolle Ausstattung der Wohnung sowie die Lage. Peter war sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation hat wunderbar geklappt.Wir können es kaum erwarten, nach New York zurĂŒckzukehren.

10/10 – Die beste Ferienwohnung, die wir in New York hatten!Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock, in einer ruhigen Gegend von Jersey City. Das Zentrum von Jersey City ist sehr leicht und schnell erreichbar – in nur etwa 4 Minuten zu Fuß. Zur U-Bahn-Station sind es ca. 5–7 Minuten. In der NĂ€he gibt es zahlreiche CafĂ©s, Restaurants, Friseursalons und SupermĂ€rkte – alles, was man braucht, ist direkt um die Ecke.Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll, kreativ und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. WĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts hat es uns an nichts gefehlt – alles war vorhanden und funktionierte einwandfrei.Unser Gastgeber Peter war nicht nur freundlich, sondern auch Ă€ußerst hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Als wir Probleme mit unserem Koffer am Flughafen hatten, hat er uns sofort unterstĂŒtzt und geholfen, das Problem zu lösen.Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen!

Het contact met Peter verliep heel prettig en het appartement was erg mooi en schoon. Een hele mooie uitvalsbasis om New York te bezoeken. We hebben genoten. Ook de voorzieningen in New Jersey (winkel, restaurant en markt) waren prima. Fantastisch verblijf gehad en we bevelen deze accommodatie zeker aan.

Wonderful place

Apartment was clean, cozy and organized. They have thought of every little detail to make you feel like home. The space was VERY nice and would 1000% recommend to anyone. Stayed with my 7 & 10 year old so safety and cleanliness means a lot to me, both were delivered! If we are in the area again, I would stay here again!

Amazing until filled with thoughtful touches

The unit was exactly as described, and impeccably clean and cozy! The personal touches throughout the unit were perfect and incredibly thoughtful! The unit is well furnished with great furniture and comfortable beds! We came during a heat wave, and the unit’s AC kept us cool and comfortable. The location is an easy walk to the PATH station and convenient to the city! We were also close to the Ferry for an easy water ride into Manhattan!Peter is an amazing host who communicates well, and we would certainly stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!

This property was a perfectly comfortable space for our family during our stay. It was just as it was described and more! The host was extremely responsive and helpful with all questions about the apartment and the area. It was very conveniently located near the Grove St. train station and many local restaurants and shops! It was the perfect place for our trip to visit NYC!

WohlfĂŒhloase in perfekter Lage – ideal fĂŒr New-York-Besuche

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Jersey sehr genossen. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern, ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet mit bequemen Betten perfekten Komfort nach intensiven Tagen in New York. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch sehr gut angebunden: Zur Grove Street Station sind es nur ca. 3 Gehminuten, von dort ist man in ca. 20 Minuten am World Trade Center. Alternativ kann man zur FĂ€hre ans Wasser laufen – besonders abends beeindruckend mit Blick auf die leuchtende Skyline.Die Umgebung rund um die Station ist lebendig mit vielen CafĂ©s, Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zudem ist vieles in Jersey gĂŒnstiger als in New York.Peter ist ein sehr angenehmer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Der Check-in per Zahlenschloss war unkompliziert und flexibel. Besonders dankbar waren wir fĂŒr die Möglichkeit, am Abreisetag unser GepĂ€ck noch unterstellen zu können. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und zugleich angenehm diskret – wir konnten die Zeit voll und ganz fĂŒr uns genießen.Auch kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie vorhandener Kaffee, Tee und SĂŒĂŸes haben uns gefreut. Abends konnten wir wunderbar im Apartment entspannen und den Tag in Ruhe bei einem kĂŒhlen GetrĂ€nk ausklingen lassen. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt, kommen wir gerne wieder. Vielen Dank fĂŒr alles – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt!
