Venez passer vos vacances avec nous cet été. Voir tout le Cap a à offrir! Nous avons tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour se détendre et renouer avec des amis et la famille. Nous sommes situés à Cape Cod, à West Yarmouth, 27 minutes du pont de Sagamore, et 11 minutes de la sortie 8 sur la route 6. Notre maison est à un mile de la célèbre plage de Seagull qui est le plus grand et le plus populaire plage de Yarmouth selon Cape Cod Times, 2015. Raison de pour cela sont l'espace, des eaux calmes, et le sable doux et propre. Nous sommes également en vertu d'un mile de Eaglewood Beach.

Après avoir passé une journée à la plage obtenir le sable de vos pieds avec notre douche extérieure et profiter de notre grande cour privée. Nous avons un ensemble de patio, chaises classiques Cape Cod Adirondack, et jeux de cour. Quand il est temps pour le dîner utiliser notre cuisine, qui est livré avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour créer des repas merveilleux, ou cuire sur le gril au gaz propane. Gardez le froid de la nuit hors de notre foyer. Si vous préférez avoir quelqu'un d'autre faire la cuisine, dans la grande variété de restaurants le long de 28 ou aller dans la zone Hyannis Main Street, qui est à seulement 9 minutes en voiture. Vous voulez toujours plus à faire? Profitez de mini-golf et de la crème glacée à beaucoup de ce renommé crémerie très proche de la maison, ou prendre un film au cinéma Regal Theater à Cape Cod Mall.

Si vous préférez attraper un film à la maison le salon dispose d'un '' SMART TV 40 LED qui dispose d'un lecteur DVD et une petite bibliothèque de films, ou apporter vos favoris à domicile. Après une longue journée, profitez de sommeil d'une nuit confortable dans l'une des quatre chambres, qui ont tous deux construits dans de, placards, ou commodes. Si vous dormez dans les chambres à l'étage, quand vous vous réveillez profiter du café du matin sur le pont à quelques pas du lit, ou rester au lit où les cascades de soleil du matin à travers le curseur et les portes françaises. Préparez-vous pour un autre grand jour sur le cap!

Awesome house

This house was prefect for our stay! It is clean and in an incredibly convenient area for beaches and attractions. I almost don’t want to say how awesome it is because we don’t want it to book up for our next trip! They had a nice sized backyard for activities and a fire pit, plenty of parking and a new grill.

Cape Cod Sights

Perfect base for a Cape Cod adventure. Can ferry over to Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket from Hyannis and only about an hour to Provincetown for some whale watching. Great base location.

The house was perfect for 6 of us. Very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked unlike most places that say it is. Each room had its own window AC which was great for everyone. The walk to the beach wasn't that bad it took us about 15-20 minutes. This was our first time on Cape Cod and we will definitely be coming back.

Great stay

The house is in a great location, quiet neighborhood and close to Seagull beach. Older, with quirks in line with the style of the home, but well maintained for guests. Have stayed in many similar rentals over the years and this is one of the best for the size/price. Responsive owner who made the rental process easy from start to finish.

Awesome place

We were 3 families with 2 kids along. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and nicely maintained and the owner is so prompt in responding and very accommodating. The beach is at a walkable distance (20 mins) and its beautiful walk in the mornings! I would recommend this property!

Great location and beautiful backyard

Very responsive host, clean and nicely maintained house, 2 large bedrooms upstairs and 2 smaller bedrooms downstairs. The location is perfect, 10 min walk to the beach. Backyard is the best feature - big enough for the kids to play soccer or volleyball. We spent several nights by the firepit making smores.

Fabulous Family visit

The house is lovely: updated kitchen and bathrooms. The yard is wonderful for little kids and for adults - safe space for little ones to play. We walked to the lovely beach. Landlord very helpful and personable. We hope to return next year!!!

We loved it! It was in a perfect location with easy access to many attractions. The house was clean and well kept; easy to follow directions were left available and the owner always made himself available. If we return to West Yarmouth, we will definitely contact the owner of this location.

Absolutely enjoyed ourselves

Once again, we totally enjoyed our family vacation in the Cape. We always enjoy the watersports, fresh seafoods, antiquing, sightseeing and the people. The house that we rented really completed our vacation. In the past, we have rented nice houses in the Cape, but I have to say this is one of the better rentals for us. We felt so comfortable in this spacious, warm and inviting house. The owner was so pleasant, kind and helpful, he really made us feel so welcomed. We will absolutely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We had two families of 4 rent this home and there was plenty of space. The house is close enough to Seagull beach to either ride a bike or take a 10+ minute walk.The kids liked being close to mini-golf and t-shirt shops along Route 28. HoYin was so helpful and very responsive to the unexpected power outage we experienced during our stay. We love West Yarmouth and this property is clean and comfortable!

Nice cottage walking distance to the beach

We stayed at this property for a full week in July - myself, wife and 2 kids. Property is as described, clean and spacious for a family of four. Walking distance (~15 mins) to Seagull Beach which the kids enjoyed, we walked to the beach everyday. The only issue (and it is a minor one) is that WiFi is a bit slow. Property is ideally situated for exploring Cape Cod and the islands (Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket).

My name is HoYin Yuen. I am a native Cape Codder. I was born in Hyannis and went to school through the Nauset School system. I am currently an Art Teacher in the Barnstable Public Schools. This home I live in during the fall, winter and spring months and want to share this with others.

This property is close to everything! Located in the middle of Cape Cod, close to Seagull Beach and Eaglewood Beach, as well as route 28, and Hyannis downtown. The home is on large private lot, almost an acre. The home is very comfortable and spacious, and comes with everything you need for a great vacation!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

When I purchased the home over the summer I was attracted to the uniqueness of the home with the built in's and nooks and crannies. I also very much like the wood paneling which reminded me of a ship. The lot size of almost an acre is not the typical for this location!
