Veuillez noter: pendant la haute saison, juin, juillet et août, nous ne louons que pour des semaines complètes - du samedi au samedi.

Le nom de notre maison est «Dream Come True» et c'est vraiment un rêve. Notre maison peut aussi réaliser vos rêves! Amenez votre famille et vos amis pour des vacances reposantes sur le lac Gaston. Notre maison est située dans le quartier très populaire de «Pea Hill Creek». Nous avons tout le confort de la maison et un magnifique lac dans la cour. La cour en pente douce vous emmène au bord de l'eau et au hangar à bateaux. Il y a un glissement vacant dans le hangar à bateaux pour amarrer votre bateau (glissement sans ascenseur).

Nous avons une petite rampe flottante qui est également un endroit sûr pour amarrer vos jet-skis. (Quand il n'est pas utilisé pour les jet-skis, il est amusant de regarder les tortues et les canards se coucher au soleil.) De plus, il y a une rampe / rampe de mise à l'eau privée dans le quartier pour votre usage «privé» uniquement. L'eau à la fin de notre quai est d'environ huit pieds de profondeur en pente douce vers quelques centimètres d'eau sur le rivage.

La maison est de 2500 pieds carrés et dispose de cinq chambres, trois salles de bain complètes et deux cuisines complètes. Nous avons Internet sans fil haut débit disponible dans toute la maison.

 • Trois chambres, maître w / lit King, deuxième w / lit Queen, troisième w / superposés (haut simple, bas plein). Deux salles de bain complètes avec douches à l'italienne et une baignoire à jet dans la salle de bain principale.
• Cuisine complète avec appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, comptoirs en surface solide, beaucoup de casseroles, poêles, plats et ustensiles. Dîner pour 12, six à table et six au bar assis avec tabourets de bar.
• Salle familiale: TVHD LED 50 '(Nouveau 2013) avec Dish TV, DVD, magnétoscope et AM / FM stéréo.

 • Deux chambres, premier w / lit King. La deuxième chambre a deux ensembles de lits superposés simples pour un total de quatre lits simples. Une salle de bain complète avec une douche à l'italienne avec une pomme de douche fixe et une pomme de douche à main avec siège intégré (pas de baignoire).
• Cuisine complète avec comptoirs en surface solide, beaucoup de casseroles, poêles, plats et ustensiles. Table à six chaises.
• Den a un canapé complet (Nouveau 2013) et un siège d'amour (Nouveau 2013) avec une télévision à écran plat Hitachi de 40 ', avec un lecteur DVD et un service satellite Dish Network.
• Laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur

It was more than we expected, well appointed, and many extras provided by the owners. Perfect place for 2 families to share and spend quality time together!! Location is perfect for people who want to relax and get away from it all, but has all the electronics and gadgets, so you feel like you're at home. Very clean and welcoming!!! I would buy a home like that!

Love Lake Gaston

We had a great week staying on the lake. I really like that the upstairs and downstairs are basically setup like two separate houses since there were 10 of us that stayed. The cove is nice and peaceful and the house was very clean and well equipped. We had a great time fishing, tubing and swimming. The homeowner was awesome, She was helpful and very responsive. Would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful time. The owner was very much availble for any needs. The house fully equipped with everything. Location straight shot for any items you may have forgotten. Would definitely recommend this property for family getaways. Thanks for the opportunity and excellent hospitality!

Accommodations were great and could have had more people. We had 8 adults and 4 children from 2-8. Accessories were available and plentiful I.e. Kitchen utensils and bbq equipment. Boathouse was perfect for docking, loading and embarking. Owners were accessible and very willing to make our vacation terrific. We would definitely stay there again. Thank the owners for a trip/vacation we will all remember fondly.

Awesome week!

The house was beautiful and extremely clean. The homeowners thought of everything-down to phone chargers and ice machines! The kitchen was very well stocked - we had everything we needed. I absolutely loved that things were labeled and I loved the welcome book that told us everything we needed to know. Wonderful experience!

Decent place to stay

We had a good time in general, Place wasn't super clean, we had to rewash the dishes that where in the cabinets to use, Lots of dishes had food and particles on it , found something nasty in the top drawer of front bedroom by the front door, that I won’t mention, The out door kayak and Canoe we’re pretty old , it was missing handles and Was difficult to put them in and out of water. Overall was ok,

Thank you for your comments. I apologize about the dishes not being clean. We recently bought a new dishwasher, because the other one had given us some trouble. It never occurred to us to check the dishes in the cabinets to ensure they were clean. Just last week, I was staying at the house and started my early spring cleaning. I took everything out of the cabinets, washed anything that didn't look clean, and wiped out the shelves and drawers. In regards to something being in one of the bedroom drawers, I am very sorry for that. I will have the maid check all the drawers in the future to prevent that from happening again. Thank you for letting me know. We apologize for the condition of the kayaks. They are several years old. We will ensure that the proper equipment is installed to alleviate any problems getting them out of the water. Again, thank you so much for taking the time to review our lake house. I hope that you will consider staying with us again.

So sad to have had only a week

This was a perfect lake vacation with family and friends. The home is very well equipt (we'd be saying it would be nice to have....and we'd turn around or open a drawer and it was there. The house was very clean and the boat house was fantastic. The tie-up system that they have for your boat is simply fabulous. We look forward to our next trip to Lake Gaston and we hope to be able to stay at Dream Come True again.

Terrific Home!! We loved it!!

Our family had a wonderful time!! There was plenty of room to spread out with the two living rooms and two kitchens. This house was the most well equipped home we have ever rented. You name it and they had it including 2 kayaks which everyone enjoyed. We loved the cove which was actually pretty quiet. We could float on our rafts for hours. It was convenient to a marina/gas station where the kids would get ice cream from on a daily basis. Close to the Food Lion also. Plenty of beds for everyone. Nice bedrooms and baths. We will be back!!

Best House on the Lake1

My family and I had the most relaxing and fun vacation at this home. There was plenty of room for everyone (and we could have brought more!). I love when there are fans and tv's in every room and this house did not dissappoint. Besides ceiling fans there were individual fans around the house. This home is WELL equiped with every thing you should need for a wonderful stay! The hosts are fantsatic as well. We had no problems but if we had a question they responded within minutes. I even read a book!!!! Now that is relaxtion!

Perfect Family Lake House

From the booking process to the last sad day we had to leave, this was perfect house for our family. I have never stayed in a more well appointed home. The kitchen had at least one of anything you could need. Just an easy, relaxing, home with beautiful views all day!

Summertime Fun

House is in a lovely neighborhood and sits on a quiet cove with just enough boat activity at the marina across the cove for gawking. Definitely love this lake. House was as presented, on a nice level lot and owners were great to work with.

Thank you for your input. I am sorry that we could not agree on who was responsible for the damage. My husband or I inspect the house each time a renter leaves. I can only make determinations based on what I saw when I left the house before you arrived and what I saw after you left. Family birthday celebration

We had a fantastic time,the layout of the house was perfect for our family which consisted of my husband and I, our single grown son, my married son, his wife and 2 babies who had their own separate living space downstairs... it rained for half the time we were there but that was still fine as we fished off the dock,cooked wonderful meals and enjoyed each other's company. My son also brought his boat and jet ski which we enjoyed on the 2 beautiful days. The house was so well stocked with every type of cookware, etc but we did bring our own food and linens. We will definitely be returning!!

Perfect lake vacation

This was a wonderful experience for our family on this beautiful location on lake Gaston. We were able to swim off the dock and kayak in this protective cove. Beautiful sloping large backyard was great for kids to run around and play lawn games. We rented a pontoon boat and cheapest gas on lake is very close to house. We are definitely planning to come back next summer. Paul k

House is full of amenities televisions, tons of kitchen appliances and utensils, wonderful bathrooms bedrooms and common areas, two full-size kitchens, it just keeps going on and on and on. Then of course the great yard which gently slopes toward the lake and the beautiful double boathouse with the composite deck. Wonderful stay wonderful location on the lake, fantastic owners just simply could not ask for anymore. We will be back!

Perfect Lakefront Property for a family getaway !

The house was great, and so were the owners! Fun with kayaks(provided with house) and a rented boat on the lake, fun playing yard games, and indoor games too. Very relaxing place, will surely be coming back to this place !

A little piece of paradise

We are so glad we found this beautiful lake home for our family’s Thanksgiving retreat. Our kids and grands live in Maryland and South Carolina...so Lake Gaston was a perfect meeting place. Although Thanksgiving dinner was the ‘main event’...it was hard to beat the fishing tournament off the dock, the daily kayaking, the evening bonfires and s’mores and the pure beauty and relaxation of the lake. The marina and grocery store are just a few minutes away. The home was extremely comfortable and very well stocked. Owners, Brian and Jean were most accommodating and were genuinely concerned about us having a great experience. Trust me folks...if you want to make some great family memories...this is the place! Brian and Jean Creede, proud North Carolina natives, are the parents of two adult children—Brandon (30) and Kristin (26). In 2000, while it was still under construction, they purchased what would become their cherished lake house retreat. Today, they reside in Raleigh, just an easy hour and a half drive from what they lovingly call their “Dream Come True!”

Lake Gaston is 20,300 acres and is 34 miles long with 350 miles of shoreline. The scenic beauty of the lake with its relaxing atmosphere and the traditional hospitality of the people creates the desire to return again and again. Boating is a never-ending delight on this beautiful lake. It is no wonder that Lake Gaston is considered one of the best lakes on the east coast.

The water of Lake Gaston is officially classified A-2, the highest category found in the eastern USA. Water Level is consistent under normal conditions and varies less than one foot. The normal temperatures allow water sports from May through September. Fishing goes on all year long on fabulous Lake Gaston. Virginia and North Carolina Wildlife Commissions stock the lake with largemouth bass, channel catfish, blue catfish, black crappie, white crappie, walleye, bluegill, white bass, striped bass, and chain pickerel.

Our property is set back from the main cove, so your family can enjoy swimming and playing near our boathouse without fear of heavy wakes or careless boaters ruining your day. If you have a rainy day, you can make a short trip to Roanoke Rapids for shopping, movies, and other entertainment. The quaint town of Warrenton has a lovely historic district with antique shops and other points of interest. In addition, you can take a tour of Rosemont Winery and Art Gallery, which is about 15 miles west of the house. There are a variety of activities that can be enjoyed around the lake. For example, you can go to the flea market on the weekends or play putt-putt golf. The area also has several golf courses available.
