Private basement Apartment with private entrance

This is a fully furnished basement with a private entrance. There is a full bathroom, pool table and entertainment area, separate bedroom. The living room area has a tv, 2 recliner couches, a refrigerator and a microwave.

I do live in the house with my dog who you might hear from time to time. I also have a roommate, if there are any questions or concerns you will be able to reach me at anytime. Enjoy your stay🙂
