Villa Marianne est l'ultime escapade à la plage pour vous et votre famille. Située à l'extrémité nord de l'ßle Anna Maria, dans la ville d'Anna Maria, à quelques pas de la plage de sable blanc, cette location de vacances avec cinq chambres et quatre salles de bains ne vous donnera jamais envie de partir!

Une décoration exquise avec des couleurs de plage dans chaque chambre, un mobilier raffiné et des finitions fabuleuses rendent cette maison de plage spéciale. La cuisine fabuleuse fera la cuisine et le nettoyage en un rien de temps! Il a des armoires personnalisées, des appareils en acier inoxydable et est stocké avec tous les gadgets de cuisine dont vous aurez besoin pour des dßners merveilleux aprÚs une journée à la plage ou dans la piscine chauffée.

À l'Ă©tage principal, vous trouverez trois chambres - deux suites king-size et une avec un lit queen-size. Au dernier Ă©tage, vous trouverez deux chambres Ă©quipĂ©es de deux lits jumeaux dans l'une et d'un ensemble de lits superposĂ©s dans l'autre. Toutes les chambres ont une tĂ©lĂ©vision HD Ă  Ă©cran plat! Tous les draps fournis par notre service de linge professionnel.

We loved the closeness to the beach, the warmth of the pool on those chilly days and absolutely loved having the bikes. The closeness to the shops and restaurants is a big plus too!! Great stay!!

Amazing location

We loves our stay at Villa Marianne. The house was clean, bedrooms were comfortable, and best of all, it was a short walk to the beach and to restaurants/shops. My only suggestion, is to update pool chairs/umbrellas.

Wonderful house, great location’

Wonderful house! Great location to the beach and we appreciated the beach chairs left for us to use! Well stocked kitchen and the rooms on the main level worked well for us. We enjoyed this lovely island over Christmas with our family from Charlotte and Baltimore.

Perfect family vacation

Everything was wonderful! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need! The beds are comfy and the beach supplies are abundant! The very short walk to the beach was so easy on the very quiet street. No public parking allowed! This house was perfect for all of us!

We loved the location. The house was very nice. Unfortunately there was not any toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap when we arrived at 7:00 at night. We had to find a grocery store in an unfamiliar area to get supplies even though it was clearly stated that those things would be supplied. We called the next day and those supplies were delivered. Beds were comfortable but pillows need to be replaced. Beach chairs and wagon were available but the umbrella was broken. Rented a pop-up. Internet was very sketchy. On and off a lot. Pool was lovely but never found a pool light. Loved the proximity to the beach!

Perfect location, wonderful home, easy and clear check in/out instructions! We would definitely book this property again and/or book through Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals. The only thing I recommend is to book chairs, tent, coolers and wagons early as there were none on property to use.

Location was perfect! House was cute, clean, and stocked with anything we needed for cooking and beaching. The wading pool / hot tub went mostly unused for our crew. Would definitely recommend!

Annual Family Florida Vacation

This vacation was all that we could have dreamed of. The house itself was perfect. There were a few cleaning issues that I didn’t address with the owners only because I know in todays world it’s hard to find people to work and the ones that are are busting butt. I would highly recommend this rental to families with kids of all ages.

Wow!!!

This property was just what we were looking for!!! Plenty of space, quiet street, easily walkable to the beach. Lots of pool toys and canopy for the beach. The property management was very responsive and accommodating. We had such a wonderful time. Cannot wait to come back!

Review of our stay

The accommodations were great for 8 people. Better pillows would be nice. Also, some basic house items to get us through a day or two like trash bags and some would have been good. Other than that, the place was great. We would definitely rent it again.

Family vacation

House was as expected, not a huge living space so keep that in mind if bringing kids. Pool was nice, and hot tub worked well. Beds could be updated, mattress or box springs were so creaky it was hard to get in and out of bed without our baby waking 😅 Had some broken door handles and a broken grill, but they sent out a maintenance man within 24 hours and fixed everything which was awesome!

Awesome Week

We had the best week. Any issues were resolved quickly-our pool heater wasn’t working at first. The place had fabulous amenities. Our family loved the pool area and the outdoor dining. Plenty of toys to enjoy but would love to see the wagons replaced as the front wheels are broken and hard to use because of that.

Perfect beach house

We loved our stay! The house is so close to the beach. The house was beautiful and we also enjoyed the pool. There were so many little perks that really helped us out. Baby gates, beach chairs, pool toys and a beach wagon. My only critique is when you spend this amount of money, leaving an extra role of toilet paper in each bathroom would be expected. That was not the case.

Spring Break 2021

This is our second year visiting AMI for spring break with our three young boys. We love the island and this was a great location. We loved that the house was on a road with hardly any traffic and we didn't have to cross any roads to get to the beach. It was a quick walk from the house to the beach so if we forgot anything or had to restock on snacks it was an easy trip to run back to the house. The pool and covered patio were great for relaxing in the evening as well as taking a break from the beach.

Fabulous AMI stay

Don't look any farther. This place is practically perfect. We stayed with our 3 boys under 12 and had a great time. My husband loved the hot tub. I was hesitant at first since we usually stay oceanfront but went for it and was not disappointed. Less than 2 minutes till your feet are in the sand. Even with a 4 year old we did not think it was far. This is one of the few streets with no turn around and no street parking so it was super safe. House is just as pictured and had more than we needed. The pool and outdoor tv are great after getting home from the beach. Only negative i have is the mosquitoes in the back yard. I know that they are everywhere because I saw many people with bites. Bring bug spray! We may get a golf cart next time to cruise around, but the free trolly saved the money and stress of finding a parking spot on the island.

Family vacation

Great property. Only issue was the pool level access room was not air conditioned and very dark. The dark blue color made us not want to use the room. The outdoor shower was not enclosed. It would be nice for privacy when coming back from the beach. Picture shows a brighter color for outdoor and pool level room, We would rent again. Had a great time.

Great location, had everything we needed

Really enjoyed this house. The location was A+ as advertised. The house was in good shape, everything well maintained. Accommodations were perfect for two families of four each. Kids had the top floor to themselves, as well as basement area. Adults loved the spacious bedrooms and baths, and well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed grilling out by the pool — Although the pool was slightly smaller than expected. Still great for our purposes. We loved the beach - had not been to AMI before. House contained beach chairs and a wagon, and other items we used. Thank you we had a blast!!!
