Ocean Pearl is a charming cottage located in the highly sought after gated smoke-free community of Summer Village resort in Wells, ME. It is located centrally on the property and short walk to the main clubhouse & pool complex. This 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath cottage accommodates 6 people. The open kitchen and dining space is perfect for family meals, games and socializing. Less than a mile to Moody Beach & 5-minute drive to downtown Ogunquit.

Comfortable cottage in a well planned community. My family enjoyed the location that was close to many beaches and activities. Owner responded to my needs. Would recommend as a nice place for family to vacation.

I highly recommend renting this beautiful home. The owner was very responsive to any questions and the unit was well appointed and kid friendly. Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Summer Village! Best location and wonderful for families. The cottage was adorable and had everything we could have needed (bikes, grill, tennis racquets, board games, playing cards, etc.). Our family LOVES staying on the Summer Village property with it's 3 pools, sports courts and playground. It's a great location to beaches and fun restaurants! We will certainly be back!

The Grands

We have stayed at other Summer Villages cottages in the past, this was my 6th time and one of the best. I took 4 of my grandchildren ages 9-15, this was the perfect place for us. Great location, the host had everything you could want, the 4 bicycles were such a great touch. They had a blast riding to the pool, basketball and pickleball courts. That the host was generous enough to supply the towels and linens was so appreciative, a few less supplies to pack. Numerous games and activities for the kiddos, supply bag with toiletries supplied (even though we didn’t use any) a great touch. I could not think of one thing that wasn’t thought of. Thank you for a wonderful week of memories.

Great home base for a beach getaway. Stayed for a long weekend, family of four had more than enough room. We hit the beach twice, saw toy story 5 with the kids, rode bikes around the property with my 11 year old son, went to Yorks wild kingdom and of course got some good seafood.House is nice and clean, well-stocked and cozy. We enjoyed the place and the property itself is nice too.
