You’ll walk into a bright, open-concept kitchen/dining/living area, with two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main floor. The living room opens to a screened-in porch and large deck—perfect for grilling, relaxing, or enjoying morning coffee.

Our kitchen is stocked with just about everything you'll need to prepare meals during your stay. You'll find cookware, baking dishes, utensils, plates, bowls, glassware, mugs, lobster essentials and a variety of kitchen essentials. We also provide a coffee maker, Keurig, starter coffee and tea supplies, a toaster, and an air fryer. we also have a grill and a Blackstone. Whether you're making a quick breakfast or cooking a full family dinner, the kitchen is equipped to make you feel right at home.

Sabattus Pond is a well-known fishing destination with trophy pike, smallmouth bass, chain pickerel, white perch, black crappie, and yellow perch. The lake is regularly stocked with alewives, creating a healthy environment for gamefish.

* Important Notes
• There are lots of steep stairs down to the water—safe, but use caution. The stairs may not be suitable for young children, older adults, or anyone with mobility limitations.
• Water levels vary, so sometimes there's a sandy beach area by the dock and other times the water is too high for there to be one.
• Please tie up all water gear securely after use
• Only flush septic-safe toilet paper
• There is a window AC unit upstairs in common area and one in the main bedroom. There is no AC downstairs as it stays cool. Fans in every room.
• Some furnishings and decorations are subject to change.
• For the safety of our guests and property, there is one exterior security camera located at the front entrance facing the driveway. It monitors the entryway and driveway only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in any private outdoor areas.
