We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, tastefully decorated condo! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, making it truly feel like a home away from home. The condo was very spacious and comfortable, with easy access to the pool and beach area.We also appreciated how well maintained the property was. Someone was constantly cleaning and mopping the common areas, which made the entire place feel fresh and welcoming.We’re already looking forward to staying here again! Everything was as expected. The apartment building was clean and easy to navigate. The indoor and outdoor pools were always clean. My only complaint was the room its self could have use a deeper cleaning. It wasn’t dirty by any means just a couple areas to focus on. I would 100% recommend The Palms 716 and I will be returning.

Space and View

We had a great stay at the Palms. Lots of room, amazing wrap deck and beach views. Close to all grocery stores, many restaurants. Found it hard to leave and extended our stay! We love coming down year after year.

716 palms is a great spot. Little dated except for living room. Feel they could do better at giving you. Somethings like dish towels and some cleaning product are useful to help in keeping it clean for them. And some more clear wording about what you need to bring especially from out of state like beach chairs and umbrellas which you can rent from beach guy for a left arm.. overall we had a good time little twinking and this place could be awesome

We have a new vacation spot!! This was by far the best beach condo experience ever. Everything was as advertised and more. Easy in and easy out. Beach and surf updates every morning. Palms 716

This was the perfect location for a relaxing recharge. Nice accomodations, calm neighbors and security onsite. Views are amazing. End of season stay so expected wear and tear but overall no complaints.

Amazing view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The condo had plenty of room for our family of 5 and was conveniently located by many spots we frequented! The kids enjoyed all the fish that were in the ocean that they saw and caught.
