The Space:

Vacation in style at this gorgeous beachfront getaway! Rest up in the inviting living area after spending the day using the resort's shared amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools, sports courts (tennis and basketball), or a well-equipped fitness room. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen will make cooking a breeze and the private balcony with Gulf views an outdoor dining area will allow you to enjoy your meals with a view.



The golfers in the club will be thrilled! The Craft Farms and Peninsula golf courses are nine and 14 miles away respectively. For some family-friendly fun, Highway 59 is only seven miles away and it features Waterville USA, Tiki's Mini-Golf, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. The Gulf State Park offers visitors two miles of powdery sands and the largest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico! There you can also find freshwater lakes where you can take a boat ride or glide along in a kayak, cycle and hike through scenic and memorable backcountry trails, and even enjoy an on-site restaurant.



THINGS TO KNOW

The Palms condominium will be under construction from October 2025 through February 2026. Construction workers and equipment will be on site during this time period. Walkways and access, as well as parking, may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Construction noise will be audible during daytime working hours. Dust will also be airborne during work involving grinding and drilling.

This condo had everything we needed and more. The view was great. Would love to stay here again. The only suggestion I have is to maybe stock more kitchen towels (there’s was only one) and clean around the air vents.

PLEASE CHANGE LIGHT BULBS IN EVERY ROOM OF CONDO. MASTER BED IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE OVERALL GREAT LOCATION

Fun ladies getaway

The Palms 302 was perfect for the six of us ladies looking for a relaxing time away. There was plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were nice, the living room was a good size, there was seating for 6 to eat combining the table and counter seating, and the balcony was amazing for all of us to sit out in the evenings. The elevators are close to the unit and it was easy and quick to get down and out to the beach or to our car. The Palms is in a great area near many restaurants. We recommend GT’s and The Gulf! We had a wonderful time in Orange Beach and could see ourselves returning to the Palms.

Great Condo!

We loved our stay here! The layout of the building was a little odd, but it made for less noise than other condos we have stayed at. We loved being able to use the indoor and outdoor pools when there were too many jellyfish in the ocean. The condo is very well equipped and they supplied everything we needed, except beach towels, so make sure to bring those! The towels in the unit were small bath towels and there was only 1-2 per person, but they did provide detergent for multiple loads of laundry and had laundry in unit which was great. The on site management was very polite and helped us find our way around. We hope to stay there again next year!

Holiday get away

Very easy check in, place looked just as advertised, very comfortable and home like. Beach was a very short walk out the front doors. Loved the area. We will be back.

Good Vacation but a few condo problems

Condo was clean , well equipped and in a good location. We enjoyed our stay in this unit, but we did have some issues. The kitchen faucet was not in good working order. The laundry doors were off the hinges. Only one light, out of four, was working in the hall bathroom. One of the remotes was missing the back and only had one battery. Also there was a severe problem with fruit flies in the kitchen. On the day of arrival I reported the first two issues; the faucet, and doors, to Alysha. She asked if we wanted a service tech to come and work on the problems, but I told her no. These problems should have been discovered and resolved before we arrived. No one wants to go on vacation and have repairmen in and out.

Property is ok.

Due to hurricane Sally there was alot of construction. We were awaken each morning at 7am by drilling and they worked thru the evening. It was frustrating. The pool area is very very small. Not much space to walk around the pool. We were at the pool for a couple hours while waiting to check-in and that was it.
