Welcome to Palm Hideaway. This unique, spacious, A-frame home is nestled within the Hideout gated community! Just two hours from NYC and Philadelphia. Guests will have access to 5 lakes, 2 beaches, a marina with kayak and canoe rentals, a private 9-hole golf course, 2 heated outdoor pools and a kiddie pool, outdoor basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, playgrounds, hiking trails, a recreation center, a game room, an art center, mini golf, Club House restaurant, and a Tiki bar.
This spacious and very clean home is a short drive to the main beach and pool. It features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen, 2 dining areas, and 2 living rooms. It boasts a sauna room to relax in, which is right off the main bathroom. The oversized loft is kid-friendly bedroom space that your children will be sure to love and enjoy.

This unique A-frame home features a large wrap-around deck with plenty of outdoor furniture and a brand-new gas grill for barbecuing. The home is surrounded by two empty but treed lots for additional privacy.

Enter the kitchen area, which is open and includes a toaster oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and dishwasher for utmost convenience. Everything you need to cook is right here.

You will love the warm and inviting living room on the main level, which has access to the outdoor deck. A perfect place to catch the sunrise! Also on this level are the primary bedroom and a full bathroom with a sauna room!

The fully finished lower level is perfect for family fun. It is complete with a foosball table, Roku TV, DVD player, movies, books, and plenty of board games! There are two additional bedrooms on the lower level and another full bath.

Please note that the house maintains a nice cool temperature during the summer months. There are fans throughout the house and a window AC in the primary bedroom if needed.

This unique rental home has sleeping accommodations for up to nine guests.

****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****
