Maison à thème Cozy Bird avec 3 chambres 2 1/2 salle de bain .. La promenade au sous-sol comprend un espace de boue, une table de billard, une table de ping-pong, un jeu de fléchettes, un très grand canapé confortable avec un lit gigogne, une grande télévision avec une Nintendo Wii, une 1/2 salle de bains, une laveuse et une sécheuse ... L'étage principal a une belle baignoire jacuzzi spacieuse dans la salle de bain, une cuisine avec un comptoir de bar et des tabourets entièrement équipés avec des ustensiles de cuisine et de cuisine. Solarium avec une table de pique-nique, salle à manger avec une grande table, salon avec un grand canapé confortable, deux chaises et un vrai foyer au bois, grande terrasse extérieure avec beaucoup de sièges et un barbecue .. Le 2e étage a 2 chambres dont une avec un lit king size et l'autre avec un lit queen size, de grands placards ont deux matelas pneumatiques jumeaux, salle de bain complète.

So I love the house I feel like it just wasn’t perfect for me and my family. I didn’t realize how much I hated a lot of of the stairs and the house was very cut up so we felt very separate from where the kids were hanging out. I think next time I would go with something that’s more open floor plan but if you like separation, this is the perfect house for you! The basement was a little chilly where the kids were hanging out, but they were fine down there. I didn’t love the sounds of the heating system on the walls. They were noisy. We were able to cook a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner big table. there’s a quickie mart very close so if you forget anything, they literally have everything nearby less than seven minutes. Hideout is nice but in fall not much to do but walk around. Getting rid of garbage is a little bit of a hassle. Must keep it in the outside room until leaving or make intermittent trips to the dumping area. All in all great house. Fireplace was lovely. We kept that going the entire weekend. So great.

Beautiful Lake House

Nice clean property with lots of amenities included which you don’t usually get in a rental (soap, q-tips, firewood, smores, etc). Plenty of space for family to spread out with multiple decks and indoor living spaces). We would go back!

Enjoyed our stay

Property was very clean inside and out. Interior decorating was top notch which gave it the true vacation home feel. Activities provided at the home were perfect for our teens to keep busy. Kitchen was well equipped to handle our family of 4. Neighborhood was quiet and location was perfect to walk the dog around the block. Be prepared to walk up and down a lot of steps here though as the living space is on the second floor. This was as expected but was hard work loading and unloading on arrival/departure.

Comfortable and clean

We were visiting relatives in The Hideout and they had just moved in. Ironically this house was right in back of them so it was a perfect location for us. The ability to bring our pups was huge and the house was very dog friendly. It was comfortable and very clean. They had a lot of snacks and games that kept us very busy. It was a rainy weekend but luckily this house had everything we needed.

Fun Family Weekend

My family had a blast renting this property. Everything was clean and easy to find. There were a lot of personal touches that really made this place feel like home away from home! With this property based on birds, my kids did a scavenger hunt and found 70 birds throughout the house by the end of our trip! My family did not want to leave and we would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! The Snow Clan

Happy House

We were here in November so could not utilize the decks (very cold). But over all, the house had everything we needed for our stay. Stairs in house are quite steep and narrow, so take them slow. Would not recommend for elderly. Beds were comfortable. 4-season porch is nice for game night!

Very nice stay

We really liked our stay! The property was clean and there were several spaces for hanging out (with carpeting) including the finished basement and the nice downstairs bathrooms. The gas grill hooked up to a large tank out back made it easy for grilling. The close proximity to the pool/lake was great! The house did not provide beach towels in the linens/towels package which was inconvenient (we ended up having to buy them at the store). The other thing of note is the staircases inside are steep for both older people and young children and the balcony inside is not fully boarded so we had to keep a close eye on our toddler. There are several nice places to travel in the complex including the playgrounds/fields, the other pool/playground at the north end, and the petting zoo near Hamlin.

A quick ski get away

We stayed for a long weekend in February to ski at Elk Mountain. Everything about the Bluebird Hideaway is cozy! You can tell the owners take pride in their home and want you to have a great stay. We've stayed at several pet-friendly homes in the Hideout, Bluebird Hideaway is our favorite. Pros: Tons to do, pool table, dart board, games etc The kitchen is loaded with everything you'll need and a great coffee maker. 3 full bathrooms! Easy access to a washer and dryer. Everything is super clean and well taken care of. Cons: we weren't fans of the shower in the large jacuzzi tub difficult to get in / out. The downstairs fireplace was very aesthetic but wasn't working. The pros far outweigh any cons and we would recommend Bluebird Hideway to friends and family. We hope to plan a return stay soon!

Cozy mountain house

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here this past Fourth of July. The house itself is spacious and the decorations around the house were very cute. The kitchen was throughly stocked with plenty of seasonings and even candy for the kids. There were also plenty of fun little games on the first floor for a rainy day. There were many fun amenities around the development, plenty of pools and beaches nearby to bring the whole family. Additionally if you are interested in fishing the house is quite close to Lake Wallenpaupack, only 20 minutes away. Overall the house was very relaxing and we throughly enjoyed our stay. My only complaints would be some areas being quite tight such as the staircase on the first floor, however my family typically used the outside staircase instead. Additionally the driveway was a bit smaller than I would have thought and fitting a truck, Suv and a boat was a tight fit.

Better than Imagined

This is our 4th time renting different houses at The Hideout and this has been our favorite! Most houses provide the basic things (dishes, paper towels, pots & pans, etc...) but this house had that and more. They had plenty of paper towels, trash bags, spices and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. They also had a wonderful welcome basket of yummy snacks to welcome us. For a house that allowed pets, the place was spotless and didn't smell like febreeze trying to cover any odors. The owner and rental agent was very responsive in a timely manner with any questions we had. My ONLY wish is that this house only allows 6 people when I think it could accommodate 8. That would be the only thing that would prevent us from returning if we wanted to come back with another family that had more kids. Otherwise, this house is a perfect getaway and I would highly recommend!

We had an excellent family vacation here. The house was just as described & pictured. It was clean, cozy, & kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the propane fire pit on the porch every night. It was nice to be able to start and put out the "fire" quickly and not smell of smoke like a traditional fire pit, but that's also available at the house. The house is not lakefront, but it is a short walk to many of the amenities. There is a creek with picnic tables that empties into the lake where you can fish and launch a kayak/paddleboard. The main beach, pool, restaurant & tiki bar (bring the right badge to buy alcohol), & pickle ball courts are also a close walk. At the art center we did a paint-your-own pottery which was fun. We enjoyed golfing a couple of times at the 9-hole course on the North side. We loved the North side pool & pickle ball courts because although we had to drive to them, they were less crowded. We would definitely rent here again. A couple of tips for new renters: - Linens are provided at a fee, which we did and appreciated. However, it only included one towel and one washcloth per person. I am glad I brought our beach towels for the pool and lake or this would have been very challenging. So bring your own beach towels. - Luckily we called a couple weeks before our stay to inquire about golf & found out advance reservations are required. There is an additional fee (which is not expensive). So make sure to book your golf in advance. This is a great home 10/10!

Beautiful Vacation Home!

We really enjoyed staying in this home and we had a great time here! The home was very clean when we arrived, and the check in process was easy. Unfortunately the pool table is missing the 9 ball so we were not able to play pool, and there were no linens provided which I was completely unaware of. I wish the listing had mentioned that as I would’ve been prepared & not had to spend an extra money on sheets and towels at the dollar general. The management company told me it was in the lease but unfortunately I only received the lease about a week before our check in and it was a docu-sign that you click through fairly quickly. I feel there were a few times that I could’ve been made aware of this by the mgmt company in advance when they sent other emails. It’s the 1st time I’ve ever stayed in a poconos rental without linens so it wasn’t the norm for us. I also just want to mention that the two times I spoke with the property management on the phone they weren’t exactly the most pleasant people to deal with & I’m a fairly laid back person so I’m not taking it personal. Being in real estate myself, owning my own rentals & working in property mgmt for a decade, I would want to know as an owner if the person communicating to my tenants is polite. Everything else about this rental and our weekend here was great! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

A beautiful cozy home to build unforgettable memories

We had a beautiful time and we felt at home. From the check in to any questions we had it was answered quickly. The home was so beautiful and clean and you felt the amazing good vibes walking inside home. The owners thought of anything you may have forgotten they had you. Winery was close by even Walmart and ski area. Neighborhood is so quiet we even got to see deer’s at the backyard the girls enjoyed. Owner left s’mores, goodies and beautiful Christmas decor for the family thank you so much we definitely will be returning in the summer this time. Thank you for our unforgettable Christmas getaway from the city ♥️

Beautiful house

Even though I love kids I do not have any of my own (well accept my dog he is my baby lol) I have a boxer named Quincy he was a rescue i got him when he was around 3 now he is around 13 (old man).. My boyfriend Matt and i worked very hard these past 3 years putting the house together to make a nice vacation spot for us and other people to enjoy. It is a great place to relax and unwind and I would really love to host your stay.
