Welcome to our beautifully renovated house located in the vibrant and sought-after Park Circle. Our elegantly designed home is furnished with classy furniture and offers a comfortable and stylish space for you and your group to relax and unwind.
A superb location our home is within walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars in the area, such as The Tatooed Moose, LoLA's, Evo Pizzeria, Sesame Burgers & Beer, Paddock & Whisky, and Commonhouse Aleworks.
The Space:
Step inside and you'll find a spacious and open living room with plush seating and a large flat screen TV . The dining area and fully equipped kitchen flow seamlessly from the living room, making it perfect for entertaining or spending quality time with family and friends.
The three bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated with comfortable beds and plenty of natural light. The two modern bathrooms are newly renovated and feature stylish fixtures and high quality finishes. A laundry machine is also available for your convenience. There is also a bathtub with the instructions located near it.
Our home is just a short drive a way from the Credit One stadium, downtown Charleston and the beautiful beaches of Sullivan's Island

Guest have access to the full property and the large backyard. Plenty of parking is available on site.
Other Things to Note:
I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. Iâm available via phone or text and if you donât get a response you can always contact my team.
Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.
Mid-Stay Cleaning for Longer Stays
For stays longer than 10 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required to help keep the home fresh and comfortable throughout your visit. This helps ensure the property remains in great condition for your enjoyment. The mid-stay cleaning fee will be collected once the booking has commenced, and the cleaning will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time during your stay.
No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
There's a Ring Doorbell located near the Front Door.
