This 1-bedroom suite is fully furnished with 2 full beds, 1 full size murphy bed, and will comfortably accommodate 6 guests. This condo offers a spacious living space with a love seat, TV, a small dining table with chairs, and beautiful oceanfront views from the private balcony right off the living area.

Guests will enter the condo right off the kitchen. The kitchen offers full size appliances, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Landmark. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.

Making your way through the apartment, you will find the bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with 2 full sized beds, TV, and dresser. This space is perfect for 2-4 guests. The full-size bathroom sits right off the kitchen as well and features a tub/shower combo, vanity, sink, and mirror.

Making your way into the living room, guests will find the most relaxing part of the condo! The living room features a full-size murphy bed (wall bed), love seat, TV, dining table with chairs, and access to the private oceanfront balcony!

The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Additionally, our guests will have access to basic resort cable, wi-fi, and free parking!

While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

The Landmark resort is in close proximity to Myrtle Beach's most loved attractions, including Family Kingdom (.8 mi), The Boardwalk & Promenade (1 mi), Broadway at the Beach (4 mi) and only 2 miles from the Airport! The Landmark is known for its many pool amenity options (see below)!
