Charme, 2BR Oceanfront chalet avec vue imprenable. Récemment meublé.

Apple Cottage est une maison de deux chambres de charme et confortable avec quelques-unes des meilleures vues de l'ocĂ©an et les montagnes sur Mt. Desert. SituĂ© dans un endroit calme, au bout d'un chemin privĂ©, ce est l'endroit parfait pour se Ă©vader de tout cela! La maison confortable est nouvellement meublĂ© et peut accueillir quatre personnes. Asseyez-vous sur le nouveau pont et profiter de homard frais tout en regardant les courses de voiliers et de bateaux de passage. La maison est une courte distance des favoris Acadia National Park sentiers de randonnĂ©e du pays des merveilles et des navires Harbor et Ă  seulement cinq minutes en voiture du charmant village de Southwest Harbor. À une courte distance il ya les nombreuses possibilitĂ©s de loisirs de l'Acadia National Park avec son vaste rĂ©seau de sentiers de randonnĂ©e et chemins carrossables. Il existe de nombreuses opportunitĂ©s de randonnĂ©e, vĂ©lo, kayak, voile et Ă  explorer les nombreux plaisirs de Mt. Île DĂ©serte.

Télévision par cùble, WiFi, barbecue à gaz sur le pont nouvelle et beaucoup plus.

Mise en page: Grand salon attrayant avec vue sur l'océan et coulissant large porte d'accÚs au pont. Cuisine séparée. Table à manger peut accueillir six. La chambre principale a un lit queen size. La deuxiÚme chambre a de nouveaux lits superposés pour deux adultes (ou deux enfants). Tous les meubles et l'ameublement nouveau en 2012. Le bain surdimensionné comprend une douche à l'italienne. Nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse, TV, chauffage central. La cuisine a un lave-vaisselle, cuisiniÚre et frigo et micro-ondes nouvelle.
Deck, reconstruit en 2013, a la zone et chaises, barbecue Ă  gaz et une table de salle Ă  la lecture avec un parasol et des chaises longues,
Équipements: L'explorateur Island, un systĂšme de bus gratuit dans toute l'Ăźle, se arrĂȘte Ă  quelques pas de la maison et il peut accueillir les vĂ©los. maison est situĂ©e prĂšs du parc national de renommĂ©e Acadia, Ă  proximitĂ© du centre du village Southwest Harbor avec commerces, restaurants et Lobster Pound. Voilier, bateau Ă  moteur, vĂ©lo et location de kayaks disponibles localement. Demi-heure de Bar Harbor et Northeast Harbor.

I loved the national park, just bad timing because the visitor center was closed due to the government shutdown. We enjoyed the sunrises!

We love Apple Cottage. The ocean view is gorgeous. We love listening to the lobster boats early in the morning. Sunrise and the star lit night skies are dramatic and a welcome delight after urban life.

Maine cottage getaway

We loved the cottage and it was a great way to explore Acadia! This was our first trip to Maine and we can’t wait to come back. Mt kids loved playing in the ocean just a mins walk from the cabin.

Charming location and views

Small cottage was great home base for exploring this majestic island. Works well for families with small kids that want to be outdoors a lot. Owner was responsive and quickly tended to our needs during the trip!

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Apple cottage. The cottage was spacious for a family of four and very quiet. The location was superb, with beautiful coastal and natural surroundings. Watching from the porch the sunrise over the water was something. Would come back again if we have a chance.

Quietude cottage

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was the perfect size for our family and gave us easy access to all of Acadia NP. It's located on the quietsude if the island which we really appreciated at the end of full days of hiking around ANP.. My kids really enjoyed the easy access to the water to investigate all the tides pools at low tide as well. Would definitely stay here again if we had the chance.

The location was central to everything! The house was simple and very clean! We had everything we needed. Anne got back to us right away and provided a great deal of information. We LOVED our time in Maine and Apple Cottage.

Beautiful stay with nature

Had a wonderful week with great weather! Apple Cottage is perfect for us!! Enjoyed our visits with the deer! So graceful! Had a surprise visit by a gaggle of 14 turkeys! Great place to relax but close enough to visit the parks. So happy that Seawall was fixed!! Great place to picnic!

2nd stay at Apple Cottage

This was our second stay here at the Apple Cottage. My husband and I returned this year with my mother. She was in awe of the view as much as we had been. We spent most of the time on the deck taking in the view and watching the deer if we weren’t out visiting the park. It was as lovely as the first time we were there.

Plan to Return!

Location is great on the quiet side of the island and numerous eateries are location fairly close by. The deck is a fabulous location for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the boats go by. Access to the beach is excellent and there is beauty in the simplicity of the layout of the cottage itself. We plan to return!

Beautiful location with a great ocean views. Due to some miscommunication the 2Br cottage we rented had not been cleaned. A call to the host resulted in a very quick, in person, 10 minute response. After apologies, the solution offered was to move us to the much larger and gorgeous 3Br ocean front cottage next door. The “Sand Dollar” cottage is a beautifully restored Maine “shingled cottage” that deserves a “10.” The location on the “quiet side” of MDI could not be better with easy access to restaurants, lobster shacks, hiking trails and other Acadia NP amenities. Plus, just a pleasant 30 minute drive to the much busier Bar Harbor with its shops, restaurants and cruise ship crowds if that is your thing.

Acadia Visit

Loved the quiet location with a view of the water. Property was clean and had everything we needed. It was a great base for visiting Acadia NP and a cozy retreat for those inevitable foggy, rainy days; so much nicer than a hotel room. Host responded immediately when we our access code didn't work.

The Apple Cottage was beautiful. It is oceanside and set on a property that is secluded and peaceful. Deer visited us morning and evening, adding to the relaxed feeling. It was on the quiet side of Acadia but close enough to all of the Park to make hiking and other activities accessible. We plan to return in the future.

Lovely Maine Vacation

Apple Cottage is a cozy, quiet, waterfront cottage that made a great home base for our visit to Acadia NP, Bar Harbor and other nearby sights. The kids enjoyed hunting for sand dollars and sea glass during low tide on the rocky shore in front of the cottage. Anne is a great hostess and provided detailed information on hikes, things to do and places to eat. She was very attentive to questions both before our trip and when I had quick questions while we were there.

Loved it

Enjoy the location of the property it was right on the water. We watched it fishing boats come and go. Also, enjoy the ducks and sea fowl. Roaming deer feeding on apples daily in the yard.
