Cottage # 3 - Cottage pittoresque, propre et confortable Ă  seulement 32 km de Key West. SituĂ© en bord de mer. Le cottage comprend une cuisine complĂšte, une terrasse grillagĂ©e, une chambre simple avec un lit queen-size et un canapĂ©-lit complet dans le salon. Ce chalet n'est qu'Ă  quelques pas de notre piscine. Le quai, la digue et les kayaks sont tous Ă  la disposition de nos clients. Une laverie automatique est Ă©galement disponible sur place. The goods: Nice location. Very quiet driveway and water maybe 100 feet away. Hot water is the best i've ever experienced and the A/C is great. The not so good: The ceiling fans are super loud and sound like a can full of rocks. The tile floors are broken and the sliding door isnt very secure. Overall, i'd stay there again but would look for a better rate elsewhere before this was my first choice.

VRBO was not cleaned when arrived with dirty linens and towels everywhere but told it was "just overlooked" but after driving 8 hours, not a pleasant start. In addition, the blinds missing were on windows, sliding glass door wouldn't lock, bed is not a queen size bed, but a full size - too small for two people, the grounds had dog poop and overall experience was horrible. Left after 2 nights. Sadly it was our anniversary and my husband is going through cancer treatment and became ill. Reached out to owner and was told we could get a credit but we are not planning on EVER coming back. I was hoping to avoid this review but no consideration from owner to reimburse us for monies expended. We stayed 2 nights out of 6. This place is a complete dump and we wasted over 1,500. Don't make the same mistake.

Quant little home. Kitchen has everything you’ll need. One bedroom, mattress is comfortable. We only were back each day after 8pm so didn't watch too much TV, bring your app's for more of a selection of things to watch. We had one plumbing issue, owner addressed this issue by the time we got back in the evening.Pool was clean and just behind the building. Only thing i would suggest is upgrading on furniture in living room. Couple local restaurants within 3-5 minute ride. We would stay there again, it was only a 30 minute drive to get to down town Key West.

Cute cottage in the Keys

Easy check in. Our host was quick to answer emails prior to check in. The cottage was great for my husband and myself. Quiet and cozy. The location was perfect for us due to spending more time in Key West. We enjoyed our vacation and will definitely try to book with thos host again next year.

Very quiet. The pool was shared with several other houses and people used it but it was never crowded. We used it pretty much whenever we wanted. At most we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for it to be empty. The laundry is just one wash and one dry. It worked ok for us but we had to check and wait to use it both times we tried. Kitchen was sufficient for a week but the appliances were cheap and not great. The area is very quiet, much better than key west. Highway 1 gets busy for about an hour at 10am (people head to the beach) but otherwise its ok. Pulling out of the driveway at that time was tough so plan accordingly. My wife called the place "dingy but good". Its old and could needs some repairs. Tiles are cracked, sprayer on sink was broken etc but it was clean and the owner was responsive. It's the type of place I seek out, cheap, clean and away from the crowds.

Pleasant experience

Overall it I was good. Feel it needs some TLC. Window and door blinds need updating. Loved sitting on the screen porch which also might need some updating. Very peaceful.
